MALICE IN…LITTLE CEASERS ARENA! LeBron & Isaiah Stewart Ejected From Lakers-Pistons Game After Bloody Altercation

The Lakers may have walked away with the win tonight, but it didn’t come easy.  The shocking and bloody altercation that led to double ejections from LeBron James and Pistons baller Isaiah Stewart inside.

It was only LeBron’s second game back from a stomach muscle strain injury that had him miss 10 games, and things got DICEY.  The "Bad Boy" Pistons have a reputation of taking the "contact sport" to another level, but most probably didn’t expect that level to involve the longtime face of the NBA.

During tonight’s game at Detroit’s Little Ceasars Arena, Isaiah Stewart and Bron got mixed up while lining up during a foul shot. That led to Isaiah having a bloodied nose and eye, then he bucked up to Bron after the play.  After they were separated, Isaiah tried to go after Bron – multiple times – and was CLEARLY extra heated.

Lakers teammates held LeBron back as Isaiah’s teammates held him back, but he broke the hold several times. The announcer had to tell fans to stay in their seats a things escalated between the two teams, likely trying to avoid another Malice at the Palace.  Needless to say, both were ejected and Russell Westbrook – who is ALWAYS on ready – received a Technical Foul. LeBron’s ejection was due to a Flagrant 2 foul and this is only his 2nd ejection of his 19-year NBA career.

As for whether LeBron tried to push Isaiah’s arm away or if he intentionally pushed him in the face is up for debate and Twitter is going in on both sides.

Decide for yourselves.  Here’s the vid:

SCAMMER SZN: 18 Ex-NBA Players – Big Baby, Terrence Williams, Shannon Brown & More – ARRESTED By The Feds Over Alleged $4M Health Care Scam

Several former NBA players have been arrested for dabbling in scammer activities. Eighteen former NBA players, including Glen "Big Baby" Davis, Terrence Williams & Shannon Brown – have been charged in New York federal court for participating in an alleged multi-million dollar health insurance fraud scheme.

Details inside…

Life after the NBA must have been hard for some former NBA players because they allegedly signed up to be involved in a multi-million dollar healthcare fraud scheme. Now, they’ve all been arrested .

According to reports, eighteen former NBA players have been arrested and charged for their involvement in a $4 million health insurance fraud scheme which ripped off the league’s health and wellness benefit plan for retired players.

whoah, new indictment against 19, incl 18 former NBA players, for allegedly bilking NBA’s health/welfare benefit plan out of around $4,000,000 pic.twitter.com/w97HjGGQjE

— Victoria Bekiempis (@vicbekiempis) October 7, 2021

The defendants include Ronald Glen "Big Baby" Davis, Terrence Williams, Shannon Brown (Monica‘s ex-husband), Alan Anderson, Anthony Allen, William Bynum, , Christopher Douglas-Roberts, Melvin Ely, Jamario Moon, Darius Miles, Milton Palacio, Ruben Patterson, Eddie Robinson, Gregory Smith, Sebastian Telfair, Charles Watson Jr., Antoine Wright and Anthony Wroten.

In total, there were 19 people named in the indictment. Anthony Allen’s wife, Desiree Allen, was also named as a defendant.

They all face counts of conspiracy to commit health care and wire fraud. According to officials, 16 of the 18 former players had been taken into custody.

Former NBA basketball player Sebastian Telfair was spotted leaving Manhattan Federal Court yesterday (Oct. 7th)

The players are being accused of defrauding the league’s healthcare plan by submitting false insurance claims in order to get reimbursed for medical or dental services that were never rendered. Lord.

It’s believed the scheme was launched in 2017 and had been going on until 2020, which totaled approximately $4 million in false claims. Out of that money, the defendants received about $2.5 million in reimbursements.

After the arrests, the NBA issued a statement:

"The benefit plans provided by the NBA and the National Basketball Players Association to our players are critically important to support their health and well-being throughout their playing careers and over the course of their lives which makes these allegations particularly disheartening. We will cooperate fully with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in this matter."

Terrence Williams, according to the Feds, was the ringleader of the fraud scheme.  CBS Sports reports:

Terrence Williams, who was selected 11th overall in the 2009 NBA Draft by the Nets, is the alleged ringleader of the fraud scheme. Williams is said to have orchestrated the plan and recruited other participants to join by offering fake invoices to support their false insurance claims. Williams also allegedly helped others obtain fake letters of medical necessity and impersonated a plan claim processor. He reportedly received at least $230,000 in kickback payments from 10 other players for his services.

In addition to Williams, former NBA champions Tony Allen, Glen "Big Baby" Davis, Shannon Brown and Melvin Ely were also among those indicted. The players charged face a count of conspiracy to commit health care and wire fraud, along with aggravated identity theft.

Then, they got sloppy (and greedy) with it:

And several players didn’t bother comparing notes to see whether they were raising red flags by putting in for the exact same dental procedures on the same days, Strauss said.

For example, Davis, Allen and Wroten filed for root canals, all supposedly performed on the same six teeth on April 30, 2016, Strauss said. The trio also put in for payments for crowns done on the same six teeth on May 11, 2016, she said.

Wroten and Allen filed for root canals done on the same 13 teeth on Sept. 6, 2018, Strauss said.

Several of the fake invoices and medical necessity forms stood out because "they are not on letterhead, they contain unusual formatting, they have grammatical errors," according to the indictment.

It is also alleged by the Feds that Terrence began threatening potential people involved in the scam who wanted to back out, telling them they would be punished in some way.  SMH!

No one thought to check with one another about how they go about putting in these requests? How long did they think they were going to get away with this?!

"People who have something mean to say about you, and for the most part it doesn’t hurt my feelings, I don’t care," she said while wiping her tears. "I just think when I’m working this hard, my tolerance gets lower, my patience is lower. I’m more sensitive, and it gets to me."

Peep the clip above.

The "Juice" songstress said he understands if people dont like her music, but she’s tired of people coming at her for simply being herself and vented about people unfairly targeting Black women.

"It’s fatphobic, it’s racist, and it’s hurtful," she said.

"What I won’t accept is y’all doing this to Black women over and over and over again, especially us big Black girls," she continued. "When we don’t fit into the box that you want to put us in, you just unleash hatred onto us. It’s not cool. I’m doing this sh*t for the big Black women in the future who just want to live their lives without being scrutinized or put into boxes."

Lizzo’s "Rumors" collaborator Cardi B caught wind of her video and fiercely defended her on Twitter:

Drake Had Words For Refs At Bronny James’ Game With LeBron James + Watch Lamar Odom Knock Out Aaron Carter In Celebrity Boxing Match

A high shool basketball playoff game turned into a star-studded affair when several celebs made an appearance in a highschool gym.

NBA star LeBron James and rapper Drake pulled up to Sierra Canyon School in LA to watch LeBron’s son, Bronny James, hoop it up against Corona Centennial during the CIF Southern Sectional Finals. For the first time in 14 seasons, LeBron didn’t make it to the second round of the NBA playoffs, so he has some extra time on his hands.

Sierra Canyon tried their best, but the Centennial’s sharpshooting helped them rack up points, which resulted in a loss for Bronny & Sierra Canyon.

It was a tough loss for the team. However, the players received good advice from NBA royalty and one of the hottest rappers in the game.

“Drake came up to me afterward and he just said, ‘Do you know how many L’s I’ve taken in my life to get to where I am? Keep your head up.’ And Bron just reminded me that he lost the Finals on his home court and came back and won a championship the next year,” Bailey said.

“I’m definitely going to remember this game and use it as motivation next season. We’ll be back,” Bailey said.

Sweet!

By the way, Drizzy brought his son, Adonis, to soak in the basketball fun:

NBA’s Jonathan Isaac Suffers Season-Ending ACL Injury Days After Explaining Why He Didn’t Take A Knee Or Wear ‘BLM’ Shirt During Anthem

Jonathan Isaac of the Orlando Magic is out for the season! He suffered a torn ACL in his left knee during last night’s game against the Sacramento Kings. The injury comes just days after he explained why he decided to stand during the National Anthem and why he chose not to wear a Black Lives Matter t-shirt like the rest of the NBA when the season restarted. Get it all inside…

Orlando Magic forward Jonathan Isaac is out for the remainder of the season days after the NBA restarted the 2019-20 season in the Orlando Bubble.

The team announced Isaac tore his ACL in his left knee during a game against the Sacramento Kings last night with 9:19 minutes left on the clock in the fourth quarter. He hopped between two Kings players on his way to the basket, but then his knee blew out and he fell to the floor, visibly in pain.

PRESS RELEASE:

— Orlando Magic PR (@Magic_PR) August 3, 2020

The team announced the 22-year-old baller would be “out indefinitely and his return to the court will depend on how he responds to treatment and rehabilitation." You can read their press release above.

IT IS WELL!!! 2 Kings 4! Thank you for all of your prayers and concerns I’m encouraged. Remember our God is not just a God of the hills but a God of the valleys! (2 Corinthians ch 4 vs 9!) MY COMEBACK WILL BE GREATER THAN MY SETBACK!!!! I STILL STAND IN JESUS NAME!!!! pic.twitter.com/9Icv0WULQ6

— Jonathan Isaac (@JJudahIsaac) August 3, 2020

The NBA forward – who is an ordained minister – hopped on Twitter to thank everyone for their prayers and he remained optimistic about an epic comeback in "Jesus name."

"IT IS WELL!!! 2 Kings 4!," he tweeted. "Thank you for all of your prayers and concerns I’m encouraged. Remember our God is not just a God of the hills but a God of the valleys! (2 Corinthians ch 4 vs 9!) MY COMEBACK WILL BE GREATER THAN MY SETBACK!!!! I STILL STAND IN JESUS NAME!!!!"

The Magic ended up defeating the Kings, 132-116.

This was Isaac’s second game since the season restarted last Friday. During Magic’s first game against the Brooklyn Nets, Isaac decided to stand during the National Anthem (pictured atop). He also wore his team jersey instead of the “Black Lives Matter” t-shirt the other players and coaches (from both teams) were wearing. Kneeling during the National Anthem as a peaceful protest against police brutality was launched by former 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick in 2016.

Sports journalist Taylor Rooks asked Isaac if he believed black lives mattered and asked him to explain what religion has to do with kneeling for the anthem to protest against racism and police brutality.

I asked Jonathan Isaac two questions:

You didn’t kneel during the anthem but you also didn’t wear a black lives matter shirt. Do you believe black lives matter?

Can you explain what religion has to do with kneeling for the anthem to protest against racism and police brutality? pic.twitter.com/me61FleWPY

— Taylor Rooks (@TaylorRooks) July 31, 2020

"I believe that Black Lives Matter. A lot went into my decision, and part of it is, I thought that kneeling or wearing the Black Lives Matter t-shirt doesn’t go hand-in-hand with supporting Black lives. So I felt like, just me personally, what is that I believe is taking on a stance that, I do believe that Black lives matter, but I just felt like it was a decision that I had to make, and I didn’t feel like putting that shirt on and kneeling went hand in hand with supporting Black lives. I believe that for myself, my life has been supported by gospel, Jesus Christ, and everyone is made in the image of God and that we all forge through God’s glory.

Each and every one of us do things that we shouldn’t do and say things that we shouldn’t say. We hate and dislike things that we shouldn’t hate and dislike, and sometimes it gets to a point where we point fingers, whose evil is worse, and sometimes it comes down to whose evil is most visible. So I felt like I wanted to take a stand on, we all make mistakes, but I think that the gospel of Jesus Christ is that there’s grace for us, and that Jesus came and died for our sins and that if we all come to an understanding of that and that God wants to have a relationship with us, that we can get kept all of the things in our world that our messed up, jacked up.

I think when you look around, racism isn’t the only thing that plagues our society, that plagues our nation, that plagues our world, and I think coming together on that message that we want to get past not only racism but everything that plagues as us as a society, I feel like the answer to that is gospel."

He also revealed he informed his teammates of his decision in a meeting before the game started.

Watch the full clip above.

The Magic released a statement when the season restarted where they showed support to the players using their platforms to raise awareness to issues that are important to them. No mention of Isaac not kneeling.

Technically, kneeling during the anthem is prohibited in the NBA. However, NBA commissioner Adam Silver said that the league would not enforce that rule while in the Orlando Bubble.

"I respect our teams’ unified act of peaceful protest for social justice and under these unique circumstances will not enforce our long-standing rule requiring standing during the playing of our national anthem," Adam said in a statement to Yahoo Sports.

Everybody has a right to say and do as they please accoridng to their beliefs.

B’BALL IS BACK: LeBron James’ Activism Isn’t Slowing Down + Jazz Baller Donovan Mitchell Wears Bulletproof Vest With Names Of Police Brutality Victims

The NBA is officially back and players are using their voices to bring awareness to issues that are important to them. LeBron James reminded us we can’t take our foot off the gas of the Black Lives Matter movement. Meanwhile, Jazz player Donovan Mitchell made a statement before his game. Everything inside…

The NBA is officially back!

The NBA was hit hard by COVID-19 when it was confirmed several Utah Jazz players – Rudy Gobert & Donovan Mitchell – had contracted the virus. The league immediately shut down shop back in March and basketball was taken away in an instant.

After tons of discussions and meetings, the league decided it would come back at the end of July with tons of safety precautions to keep the players safe. That’s when the “Orlando Bubble” was introduced. Players were sent to Orlando to finish off the season in quarantine. Day-to-day, players are tested, reminded to keep their hands clean, and follow other safety rules due to the pandemic. Some players decided to opt out.

Yesterday, the first two NBA games to resume the 2019-2020 season kicked off 140 days after the last game played. The four teams – Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, Utah Jazz and New Orleans Pelicans – all took a knee (coaches included) during the National Anthem. They lined up on the side of the court in front of the Black Lives Matter logo to stand in solidarity in the protest against police brutality. They all wore “Black Lives Matter" t-shirts as well.

Jazz baller Donovan Mitchell – who was the 2nd player in the NBA to test positive for COVID-19 – has recovered and is ready to play. But, he also wants his voice heard. The NBA star made a strong statement when he pulled up for the relaunch of the season. He wore a bulletproof vest that displayed the names of several victims killed by police. He added the question, "Am I next?," to the vest.

“I have pretty much every possible name of everyone that’s died of police brutality and police violence," the 23-year-old told Taylor Rooks of Turner Sports. “There was a quote that said ‘am I next?’ on the back of somebody’s jersey. It doesn’t matter how much money you have or how famous you are, as an African-American male that’s who we are.”

He continued, “It doesn’t matter what your job is, what your name is. Being able to wear a bulletproof vest just shows we kind of have our hands up as well, just kinda like hands up, don’t shoot. We’re tired of seeing this. … We’re sick and tired of being afraid.”

They share two sons together (5-year-old Jonas & 7-year-old Johan) and Emily is the mother of her daughter Taina Williams, 22, from a previous relationship.

The couple was able to patch things up after their whole domestic violence situation was put on blast when a video of Fab threatening to shoot Em and her father in March 2018. It’s reported the "Can’t Let You" rapper knocked Emily’s two front teeth out and punched her in the face several times.

A grand jury in New Jersey indicted the rapper on 1 count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, 2 counts of threatening to kill and 1 count of possession of a weapon (a pair of scissors) in October 2018. To avoid jail time, Fab copped a plea deal and the New Jersey prosecutors dismissed his charges after he stayed out of trouble for a year and completed a pretrial intervention program.

Now, Baby Jackson is on the way. Congrats.

Wait, So The Internet Claims Klay Thompson & Laura Harrier Broke Up?

Word on the curb is that Klay Thompson and Laura Harrier broke up. More inside…

Looks like two celebs quietly broke up during lockdown.

Apparently, rumors have been swirling for weeks that the NBA champion and the Spider-Man: Homecoming actress have called it quits. The reason? Well, they stopped following each other on Instagram and deleted all photos of them together, which is usually the first sign there’s trouble in paradise:

According to SportsGossip, the BlacKKKlansman star gave the Golden State Warriors player a second chance after he allegedly cheated on her. The site claims she was "the happiest she has ever been after the decision," but apparently not anymore. Womp.

Also, the pics of the couple together on Klay’s pup’s page have also been deleted.  The two were posting with each other quite often before the pandemic, but we’ve seen less and less of them lately.

The couple put their love on front street on NYE 2019 after months of dating rumors. Now, they’re dunzo. Allegedly.

EXCLUSIVE: If The NBA Needs Some Help When It Returns, ‘Good Fight’ Star Nyambi Nyambi’s Star-Studded Line Up Could Be A Problem!

Nyambi Nyambi checks in with TheYBF.com about how he’s handling being quarantined. Sorry ladies, he has a #QuaratineBAE. Also, if the NBA needs some help when it returns, he has a star-studded line up that would be a problem. Get into our chit chat with “The Good Fight” actor inside…

”The Good Fight” – the popular CBS All Access legal drama – is back with a new season, which is currently streaming. Star Nyambi Nyambi plays investigator Jay DiPersia, who is one of the in-house investigators at Reddick Boseman & Kolstad.

TheYBF.com got the chance to chop it up with Nyambi and he shared how he’s handling self-isolation during the global Coronavirus pandemic. Sorry, ladies. He has a #QuaratineBae.

”With the PS4, the XBOX, the Nintendo Switch, my comic books, drawing,” Nyambi told YBF LA correspondent Shannan Johnson during a Zoom call. "I have my lady that I spend a lot of time with,” he revealed. “I do have a Quarantine BAE. I do,” he shared.

The Nigerian-American actor shared how they’re figuring out how to spend time together since she’s actually working longer hours being at home. Nyambi said he keeps a low profile in the background while she works. Sometimes, she’ll pause/mute her Zoom meetings so he can “Usain Bolt” past the screen. Ha!

The comic book aficionado said the first comic book he purchased with his own money was "Batman: Year One." He shared he grew up reading the comics on the back of the newspaper. Living in a Nigerian home, he didn’t even know there was a such thing as a comic book store until grad school in 2005. He recalled going to purchase his first comic book with a classmate on a Wednesday because new comics would come out on Wednesdays. Nyambi shared he really couldn’t afford to buy comics until he booked a role one "Mike & Molly." Wow.

Being locked down is allowing him to enjoy his introverted activities. However, he said he has extrovert skills.

“I’m actually an introvert. I’m an introvert with extrovert skills. I set up everything so I can be in place where I don’t have to go anywhere. My video games, my art, my TVs,” he said.

Right now, the NBA has been put on pause amid the global Coronavirus pandemic. However, when the league does come back, if they need some help, Nyambi has them covered.

Nyambi has assembled a star-studded team that would give some of the pros a run for their money. FUN FACT: Nyambi earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bucknell University before earning his Masters of Fine Arts from the Graduate Acting Program at New York University. He played four years of Division 1 basketball for Bucknell and made the ESPN Dick Vitale All-Name Team honoring the best names in college basketball. Post-college, Nyambi took on the role of coach and led basketball teams at teen camps for several years. So, like we said, his team would be a problem.

He’s naturally a Los Angeles Laker fan (a Magic Johnson fan to be specific), so if he had to be drafted to a team he obviously would pick the Lakers.

”Yeah, and I’m still good,” he said.

Talk your ish, Nyambi!

If the NBA approached him about playing in the league and he had to pick four other actors to play with him, who would he choose?

His starting line up would include: Oscar winning actor Mahershala Ali – “Mahershala, he actually played college ball,” he shared.

“Big Bang Theory” star Kunal Nayyar – “He’s not the greatest basketball player, but he works so hard. I need somebody who works hard.”

Black Panther star Michael B. Jordan – “And then Michael B. Jordan because I need a Michael Jordan on my team. You got to have a Michael Jordan on your team. He can ball, he’s good.”

Lastly, he picked legendary NBA legend Kareem Adbdul Jabbar.

”He was in it [The Game of Death], so he’s an actor. He’s on IMDB. Kareem Abdul Jabbar. Boom! That’s my set up,” he said.

Ha! Very clever.

CHANGING THE GAME? No. 1 Prospect Jalen Green Dodges The NCAA To Join The NBA’s G League

Jalen Green – the No. 1 high school basketball prospect – could potentially change the game after he bypassed playing in college to join the NBA’s G League. More inside…

Jalen Green made a move that could potentially change the game for prospect NBA players to come.

High school senior Jalen Green – a potential No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 NBA draft – opted to bypass playing basketball in the NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) to sign on to a newly created developmental program in the G League. He was reportedly considering to play at either Auburn or Memphis, but felt this was the best move for him.

Jalen hopped on IG to share the good news:

this what we worked for!! only up

According to sports sources, the California high school star will receive $500,000 (possibly more) and a one-year developmental program outside of the minor league’s traditional team structure.

Jalen is the first participant to join the program and his move has already influenced other players to do the same. A day after he signed his contract, Isaiah Todd – also a top prospect – decided to take the same route. And it is expected in the coming weeks that more top players will do the same.

The program offers an alternative for players who decide they don’t want to play in college. Per the NBA rules, players can’t enter the league until they’re 19-years-old, so if they don’t go to college, they’ll go overseas to play professionally for a year to develop (like LaMelo Ball did). The NBA feels that’s counterintuitive.

"We have kids leaving the United States — Texas and California and Georgia — to go around the world to play, and our NBA community has to travel there to scout them," G League president Shareef Abdur-Rahim told ESPN. "That’s counterintuitive. The NBA is the best development system in the world, and those players shouldn’t have to go somewhere else to develop for a year. They should be in our development system."

In the G League program, Jalen will have the opportunity to accelerate his on-court development as he learns NBA-style basketball alongside veterans of the professional game while focusing heavily on life skills development.

On the flip side, if Jalen decides he wants to go to college, the program provides him with a scholarship to do that.

“We haven’t made it a secret recently it is our intention, although we still need to work out the details with the players association, to return to an entry age of 18,” NBA commissioner Adam Silver said. “So I see this is an interim step for our top-ranked high school seniors because ultimately they will likely come directly to the NBA. That doesn’t mean once they do they still won’t spend time playing and developing in the G League. Currently in the NBA over 50 percent of active players in the NBA have spent time in the G-League.”

If more players decide to take this route, then it could possibly end the NCAA. Players will have the option to get paid to play (unlike in college) and be mentored by some of the league’s greatest players before entering the draft. If top players are joining the G League, then that leaves little talent for the NCAA, which will result in the program losing money and potentially end.

2 Chainz – NCAA Lyrics

[Intro]
Honorable C.N.O.T.E

[Verse 1]
Who me?
I take this open beat (Yeah)
I smoke myself to sleep (Alright)
Got myself for free, yeah, ayy
Made a lift right off the street, yeah, yeah
This shit here gettin’ deep, yeah, yeah
I got the pool right by the beach, yeah, yeah
My nigga said, “Fool, that’s the ocean,” yeah
I use good pussy like it’s lotion, yeah, uh
I shoot a nigga for promotion, yeah
Drop my album off the court and make ’em post it, yeah, uh
I told you trappin’ is a sport
My old school is a Panamera Porsche, yeah
My last bitch got some head you can’t ignore
I told her I might take her head on tour, uh
I used to roll my weed in front the store
Then drive so fast, I disrespect your car
I told ’em that my drizzle caviar
I’m playin’ with the clit like a guitar
I’m playin’ with the clit like a guitar
I’m playin’ with the clit like a guitar

[Chorus]
NCAA, yeah, we the young and dangerous, yeah
We be ballin’ hard, yeah, I just want some paper, yeah
NCAA, yeah, we the young and dangerous, yeah
We be ballin’ hard, yeah, I just want some paper, yeah
NCAA, yeah, set the record straight (Set it)
Come on in (Come on in), come on in (Come on in)
NCAA, yeah, we the young and dangerous, yeah
We be ballin’ hard, yeah, I just want some paper, yeah

[Verse 2]
Let me get this straight, if I drop 40 today
You don’t care if I eat, you don’t care if I ate
They say, “You better have a good grade like a mixed baby hair”
They say, “We goin’ to the tournament, we gonna need you there”
I have more crab legs than Jameis
You fake like you got a girlfriend, Manti Te’o
Maurice Clarett with bangers
This could drive a college kid crazy
This that Barnum and Bailey, the greatest show on Earth
I can’t wait to go to the league so I can buy my mama what she want
This that mindset, that mentality
Made me a killer, fatality
From the public houses to a couple houses
To a couple cars, sippin’ a cup of tea
No teacup, this a bully (Bully)
I re’d up with a fully (Bah)
My mood change about money (Uh)
Might open up another company
Put that in an LLC (LC)
Like, “How you gonna try to sue me?” (Sue me?)
My jacket pants filled with two G’s (Two G’s)
My jacket pants filled with few G’s (Who we?)
I surround myself with a few G’s (Few G’s)
Wait a minute, let me follow this
You think because I got a scholarship
That I don’t need dollars just to parlay with? What? (What?)
Manziel had the highest sellin’ jersey
Bron moved back to Cleveland
Drake made a song ’bout him
Man, he ain’t even workin’

[Chorus]
NCAA (Damn), we the young and dangerous (Damn)
We be ballin’ hard, yeah, I just want some paper, yeah
NCAA, yeah, we the young and dangerous, yeah
We be ballin’ hard, yeah, I just want some paper, yeah
NCAA, yeah, set the record straight (Set it)
Come on in (Come on in), come on in (Come on in)
NCAA, yeah, we the young and dangerous, yeah
We be ballin’ hard, yeah, I just want some paper, yeah

[Outro]
I think that we have brainwashed our kids in the Black community
To think they can only be entertainers, uh, and jocks
I said, first of all, we can be doctors, lawyers, engineers, teachers, fire and policeman
And the truth of the matter is, you got a much better chance of bein’ one of those
Then you do bein’ in the NBA

Ninety baby catching burglaries or a murder case
Feed a turkey, caught thirty
I done grew up way too quick, too early
Thirty on me, Stephen Curry, use my jersey
I’m a warrior, that be my jersey
Free G Pharaoh, damn they did you dirty
NBA winning, balling like I’m Stephen Curry
Blue hundreds like a peacock, I got them birdies

Futuristic – Epiphany Lyrics

[Intro: Futuristic]
I had an epiphany
I was repeating history
I was doing everything I hated
The weight on my shoulders
I let it all get to me (I let it all get to me)
I had an epiphany
I just smiled at my enemies
I was listening to everybody who was talking
But never did shit for me, yeah
I had an epiphany
I was looking at everybody else that’s up in the industry
They ain’t as sick as me (they ain’t as sick as me)
I had an epiphany
I was seeing somebody that never had no good intentions for me
Now she missing me, yuh (now she missing me)

[Verse 1: Futuristic]
Moral of the story is that nobody did it for me
Had to make a change (nah)
I was living in the city with no scene
I had a dream I had to make a lane (yup, yup)
Always knew that I couldn’t live off of minimum wage
Ripping the pay stub
I had a minimal taste for all the fame stuff
But I got into the game without a cent to my name
And now I’m ballin’ like I’m in the NBA, bruh
And I know I got a lot but I’m not content
If they ask me to stop, I will not consent
Never gonna let nobody block cause my shot to miss
You can meet me at the top if you hop the fence
And you climb the stairs
And you fight the beast
And you lose your way
Then you find your peace
And you do it sober
Then you find a drink
Then you spiral down
And it all repeats
And I always had a vision I could get it
So I did it by my lonely
I don’t owe nobody nothing, never let nobody own me
Got some money from the music, and I spend it on the homies
But don’t put nothin’ before me, gave a whip to little Brody
And I’m only getting started
And I’m eating with the people that I starve with
And my batteries, I had to recharge ’em
I made an album but that shit was garbage
Yo, I was trapped in a gimmick
I finally get it
I’m here to make music that matters
If I die, it’ll all be alright
‘Cause the message I gave you will live for me after
And my chapter will highlight a lifetime
Of energy gave through a bright mind
How you never had to stand on the sideline
How you the guide to your own guidelines

[Bridge: Futurisitic]
That’s an epiphany
I had an epiphany, yeah
That’s an epiphany
I had an epiphany, yeah

[Verse 2: NF]
I had an epiphany
That I could make history
That I could prove everyone wrong
That told me I wasn’t cut out for this music thing, yeah
I had an epiphany
What if I took my energy
And used it on positive things in my life
Instead of the people that lie to me, huh?
Yeah, I had an epiphany
That I could put all of my hurt into music
And use it for people that might feel the same as me
Yeah, I had an epiphany
What if everyone knew my depression was worse than they thought?
They probably gonna look at me differently
Yo, this song got me going back, when I was a stupid kid
Thinking maybe I could make it in the music biz
And then I figured out the politics
And realized that half of y’all don’t even know what music is
And going nowhere, I told ’em to get used to me
Feels like I’m living in a movie scene
A bunch of people trying to tell me how to act and breathe
One thing I never let nobody ever do was tell me who to be
I never got into the party scene
Maybe I was just scared to drink
‘Cause addiction it runs in my family
That’s someone I was scared to be
You’re looking pitiful compared to me
Since I can barely read
All I wanted was somebody I could trust
That I knew would keep it real with me
Rap’s always been a mirror for me
That’s when I figured out that maybe I’m the one that’s gotta make it on my own, yeah, it’s clear to see
A lot of people think that what I’m doing is a gimmick
Everything you hear me writing I’ve been living
I ain’t quitting, send the money to my family
Try to show them that I miss them
And I cherish every moment when I’m home and when I’m with them
And this is the way that I feel
In the industry of fakes trying to stay real
In the industry of lames trying to get deals
Lord knows imma get it, that’s Meek Mill
Yeah, I lay in my bed at night thinking
“There’s got to be more to me”
I’m trying to pay off the mortgaging
But the life of the people I love in the midst of it
I’ve always thought that if
I learn from mistakes that I’d make
Even the losses are victories
That’s when it starts hitting me
If you set your mind to it you can do anything

[Outro: NF]
That’s an epiphany
That’s an epiphany, yeah
I had an epiphany
I had an epiphany, yeah

Wyclef Jean – Hendrix (J’ouvert Deluxe Edition Album)

[Pre-Hook]
I’ma do this one for my homies gone
The judge hit the hammer they ain’t coming home
We all are from the danger zone
The devil pulled the card and he said choose one
I chose music, my homies chose yay
Some of my ballers chose the NBA
Cuzzo’s on the block, man they gang bang
Funeral parlors makin’ all the change

[Hook]
Yeah when my cousin got his first tec
I was playing Jimi Hendrix in the basement
All I wanted to be was a rock star
And all he wanted to be was an Escobar
El Chapo, Si
El Chapo, Si
All he wanted to do was be El Chapo, Si
El Chapo
El Chapo, Si
All he wanted to do was be El Chapo, Si

[Verse]
Gone ’til November, he ain’t comin’ back
I was talking bout my homies man that sold crack
Caught in the trap, hit from the back
They hid the steel
Like the owl boy that’s hidden on the dollar bill
Welcome to the rotten apple
The city of lights
No matter how days shine
They can’t steal the nights
Cause when the ghost knock knock
Just before you guess, red dot at your chest
The Eagles raid the cuckoos nest
Better be with them artillery packs
They be jumping like Jack when they jump out the box
Ratatatata that’s the sound of the gat
They be flying through the air like vampire bat
Straight from the back when they attack
In the middle o’ night when you up in the trap
You keep on bucking, they bucking you back
In the middle of bucking somebody get flat

[Pre-Hook]
I’ma do this one for my homies gone
The judge hit the hammer they ain’t coming home
We all are from the danger zone
The devil pulled the card and he said choose one
I chose music, my homies chose yay

When he bought me that guitar I felt like Prince the artist
Turn up my guitar
When my cousin got his first tat
Acoustic trappin’ in the basement
All I wanted was to be a rock star

Curren$y – Another Story To Tell Lyrics

Oooh
Who ya’ll talking to
Yeah
Spitta
Yeah
Where haven’t we been yet
FS Jets where haven’t we been yet
Uh
Welcome To The Winner’s Circle nigga
Month after month after month nigga

A nigga never been as fresh as me
I’m fucking with you
But the bad bitches give me my props
Like the newest one that I got
Met her at my Wednesday night spot
Valet park the whip at Harris Casino
Hit the driver with a customary C note
Assembled the crew, blew a half an ounce
Popped a bottle or two
When some NBA niggas in suits came through
One of them played for the Hornets
He had his bitch with him too
I could tell she was on me
Shorty couldn’t keep her eyes off me
To save her life
No ring on her finger so that wasn’t his wife
Not for me to pursue
The bitch would not be right
Left the ball in her court
And she played it smart
Made her way to the bathroom
Slid a piece of paper on my VIP table
In a way so casual
Seven digits written in pink ink
She didn’t leave an area code
I knew she was a local ho
Eye fucking for the rest of the night on the low
Having mind sex right underneath her man’s nose
Hit the bitch with a text
But she couldn’t check her phone in front of man
She waited ’til she made it home
I’m in the room all alone
I heard a text message alert ring tone
Flipped open the celly
The context of the message was the address to her telly
Thought the situation was fishy
But I ignored what I was smelling
But don’t get it twisted
I didn’t head out on a mission
Without calling a bitch
To make sure I had the right idea ’bout this
Cause the last thing I need is a rape charge
From one of these fake broads
Who try to gain access to wreck a niggas bank cards
But fuck all that
Back to the hooper’s ho
In the Chenile sundress on the hotel room floor
Told me that she just want to fuck and smoke with a real nigga
And she only with the other nigga for the dough
I said mama tell me something that I don’t know
We got bent and I broke her back
On and off for a couple of months we did that
The bitch got lost in the swag
Ride me around the city smoking in the man’s whip
Bring the car back smelling like purple grass
I’m surprised he ain’t beat her ass
I know you wanna know how I’m gonna end the story
But I can’t end the story
Cause the story still going
Dude still hooping and his hoes still hoin’
And his ho’s with the planes
And the boy don’t know it
Yeah
Go Hornets
Yeah
FS Jets where haven’t we been yet
Its just rap music man
Welcome to the Winner’s Circle
Its just entertainment
Or is it?
Yeah
For real man

All through the late night, all through the late night
All through the late night, all through the late night
All through the late night, all through the late night

Blimp’s soarin’, how the hell did I get in this space?
Four in the mornin’, how did I get in this place?
Oh it don’t matter, got smoke, drink, and I’m runnin’ this space
Done contemplatin’, I’mma take it in and groove in this case
And then dimethyltryptamine and lysergic acid diethylamide
The vibes are effervescent, delicious, just how they should be
And then dimethyltryptamine and lysergic acid diethylamide
The vibes are effervescent, delicious, just how they should be
No sleep in my bed, no sleepin’ in my bed
When we gon’ play, gon’ play, gon’ play until the day
I said no sleep in my bed, no sleepin’ in my bed
Yeah, we gon’ play, gon’ play, then we’ll sleep all through the day
And do it again

Sleep through day then we play all through the late night
Sleep through day then we play all through the late night
Uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, all through the late night
S’il vous plaît, don’t you wait, all through the late night
All through the late night, all through the late night
All through the late night, all through the late night
All through the late night, all through the late night
All through the late night, all through the late night

Day and night, I toss and turn
I keep stressin’ my mind, mind
I seek the peace, sometimes I can’t restrain
To join a rage at night, come out and play, play
Balance, find your balance
God said it’s my talent
Sprinkle a little season on the salad
Relieve my heart of malice, hit my palace
Stroke my cactus, ohh, don’t wait
Don’t play (Yea, yea)
Play no games like the NBA
Throwin’ checks like the NBA
You a ring, you a ring
We shootin’ shots like the NRA
Ahh, she jammin’ Travis and Kid Cudi
The new Krayzie Bone and Slim Bun B
Ah, shawty, on the scene, pull up on the scene
Sip my tea, he don’t Hennessy
Aw save all, take it right
Aw take it all, never light
Aw, had a ball, had a night
Aw, after all, sleep good

Sleep through day then we play all through the late night
Sleep through day then we play all through the late night
Uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, all through the late night
S’il vous plaît , don’t you wait, all through the late night
All through the late night, all through the late night
All through the late night, all through the late night
All through the late night, all through the late night
All through the late night, all through the late night

Chris Brown – Fuck Who You Came With Lyrics

[Bridge: Chris Brown]
I ball out, finna ball out
Been on my shit when you call out
I been on this since the 8th grade
I got an actress and a Play mate
See you wanna ride with me baby
In the 6 splashin’ up full of models
Got your best friends I’ma keep
‘Cause they know I’ma lead and they’ll follow
Yeah, back with some bottoms up
I’m a realest nigga, no actor
When he throw the bag, I’m a factor
Hey woah

[Hook: Chris Brown]
Their partners, they warned me, they told me
Let’s take it slowly, start act up on me
Don’t care who you with
You gon’ end in my bed
So fuck who you came with
Fuck who you came with, oh

[Verse 2: Luvaboy TJ]
Better call out, we finna ball out
Woof, woof, I’ma bring all my dogs out

Your bitch courtside already, yeah I fucked her
Fuck who you came with, you, I share my name with
Overseas pussy, came outta it talkin’ Spanglish
Ball out on you, this is no NBA shit
Constipated face on these haters ’cause they ain’t shit
We lit by the way, don’t give a fuck what they say
OHB, came with the mob, we gon’ party until tomorrow
Girl, connected, got that Wi-Fi
Let me beat it, beat it, beat it like pinata, clap that after
We celebratin’ with Dom Perignon
One conversation then we carry on
Private jets with no carry on
Pour up, roll up the Amazon

[Bridge: Chris Brown]
I ball out, finna ball out
Been on my shit when you call out
I been on this since the 8th grade
I got an actress and a Play mate
See you wanna ride with me baby
In the 6 splashin’ up full of models

‘Cause they know I’ma lead and they’ll follow

All the boss bitches that’s friendly
And all my pretty bitches with they Bentley

J Cole – Immortal lyrics

[Intro]
Awwwww…haha

[Verse 1]
Now I was barely seventeen with a pocket full of hope
Screamin’, dollar and a dream with my closet lookin’ broke
And my nigga’s lookin’ clean, gettin’ caught up with that dope
Have you ever served a fiend with a pocket full of soap?
Nigga I can tell you things that you probably shouldn’t know
Have you ever heard the screams when the body hit the floor?
Flashbacks to the pain, wakin’ up, cold sweats
Six o’clock in the mornin’, gotta hit the BowFlex
Get my weight up on the block, keep watch for the cops
God they love to serve a nigga three hots and a cot
Nowadays crime pays like a part time job
And the drought got me prayin’ for a Carl Thom vibe
Summer Rain come again
Numb the pain ’cause it’s hard for a felon
In my mind I been cryin’, know it’s wrong but I’m sellin’
Eyes wellin’ up with tears
Thinkin’ ’bout my niggas dead in the dirt
Immortalized on this shirt

[Hook]
Real niggas don’t die
Forward with the plot
One-Seven-Forty-Five
Form at the plot
Real niggas don’t die
Form on the block
Real niggas don’t lie
Form in the plot
My niggas don’t die
Form on the block
Real niggas don’t die
Form on the block
Real niggas don’t die
Real niggas don’t die

[Verse 2]
Have you ever seen a fiend cook crack on the spoon?
Have you ever seen a nigga that was black on the moon?
Have you ever seen your brother go to prison as you cry?
Have you ever seen a motherfuckin’ ribbon in the sky?
Nope, all I see is that C.R.E.A.M nigga, that green
I’m a black king, black jeans on my black queen
And her ass fat, too fat for a flat screen
I’m the type of nigga make the whole fuckin’ trap lean
Kingpin nigga, put wings on a crack fiend
If they want a nigga, they gon’ have to send a SWAT team
And I’m goin’ out like Scarface in his last scene
A legend, what that mean—?

[Hook]
Real niggas don’t die
Forward with the plot
One-Seven-Forty-Five
Form at the plot
Real niggas don’t die
Form on the block
Hood niggas don’t lie
Form on the plot
My niggas don’t die
Form the block
Real niggas don’t die
Form the block
Real niggas don’t die
Real niggas don’t die

[Outro]
To die a young legend or live a long life unfulfilled
Cause you wanna change the world
But while alive you never will
Cause they only feel you after you gone, or I’ve been told
And now I’m caught between bein’ heard and gettin’ old
Damn, death creepin’ in my thoughts lately
My one wish in this bitch make it quick if the Lord take me
I know nobody meant to live forever anyway
And so I hustle like my niggas in Virgini-A
They tellin’ niggas sell dope, rap or go to NBA, in that order
It’s that sort of thinkin’ that been keepin’ niggas chained
At the bottom and hanged
The strangest fruit that you ever seen
Ripe with pain, listen…

Flatbush Zombies – Aries (feat. Deadcuts)

[Hook]
I feel so tired of the lights
Fill the tank with gasoline
One match to burn these chains with ease
I feel so tired of the lights
Fill the tank with gasoline
One match to burn these chains they weave

[Verse 1: Zombie Juice]
It’s like we stuck in a prison
Suffering from lack of wisdom
Suffering from lack of substance
The systems lacking some ism
Since it’s killing the misery
Hope my children remember me
Since I sing songs of symphony
Somethings just gotten into me
Message don’t kill the messenger
Message travel through seven seas
Ghetto passion is classic, been getting lashes for centuries
Aided by mostly separated by color deficiency
Free to you free the shackles my mental strain from my ancestry

[Hook]
I feel so tired of the lights
Fill the tank with gasoline
One match to burn these chains with ease
I feel so tired of the lights
Fill the tank with gasoline
One match to burn these chains they weave

[Verse 2: Meechy Darko]
Emancipation, castration, mass-hating, white washing
Black shaving patience, that I’m demonstrating, ugh
Segregation, separation, take my people, chain my people, ship them out, build a nation, picket lines, demonstration
Kill switch, detonation, this takes dedication
Guess that NBA our reparation governmental medication
The reverse of levitation, they put fluoride in our water
Guess they trying to kill our babies
Hearts racing, cops and robbers car chasing

[Hook]
I feel so tired of the lights
Fill the tank with gasoline
One match to burn these chains with ease
I feel so tired of the lights
Fill the tank with gasoline
One match to burn these chains they weave

[Verse 3: Erick Arc Elliot]
Whatever your purpose is
Hone in and hold your kids
All of this is distractions and nobody notice it
Feeble for knowledge we still in chains
Power tripping for digits we growing it every day
Fighting for freakom ? service with student aid
Can’t afford to be sitting order pills to get paid
Taught to follow the system that institution be prison
These coppers turn me to zombie
I’m walking dead while I’m living

[Hook]
I feel so tired of the lights
Fill the tank with gasoline
One match to burn these chains with ease

[Outro: Erick Arc Elliot]
Break the chain, break the chain
Why the violence is killing our kids and our brother man
Break the chain, break the chain
How police war with no recourse and you on your way
Break the chain, break the chain
Still identify with those who’s have nothing still live in fear
Break the chain, break the chain
Been distracted by the glamor but don’t question why we even here
Break the chain, break the chain
Why the violence is killing our kids and our brother man
Break the chain, break the chain
How police war with no recourse and you on your way
Break the chain, break the chain
Still identify with those who’s have nothing still live in fear
Break the chain, break the chain
Been distracted by the glamor but don’t question why we even here

Wyclef Jean – Hendrix letras

[Pre-Hook]
I’ma do this one for my homies gone
The judge hit the hammer they ain’t coming home
We all are from the danger zone
The devil pulled the card and he said choose one
I chose music, my homies chose yay
Some of my ballers chose the NBA
Cuzzo’s on the block, man they gang bang
Funeral parlors makin’ all the change

[Hook]
Yeah when my cousin got his first tec
I was playing Jimi Hendrix in the basement
All I wanted to be was a rock star
And all he wanted to be was an Escobar
El Chapo, Si
El Chapo, Si
All he wanted to do was be El Chapo, Si
El Chapo
El Chapo, Si
All he wanted to do was be El Chapo, Si

[Verse]
Gone ’til November, he ain’t comin’ back
I was talking bout my homies man that sold crack
Caught in the trap, hit from the back
They hid the steel
Like the owl boy that’s hidden on the dollar bill
Welcome to the rotten apple
The city of lights
No matter how days shine
They can’t steal the nights
Cause when the ghost knock knock
Just before you guess, red dot at your chest
The Eagles raid the cuckoos nest
Better be with them artillery packs
They be jumping like Jack when they jump out the box
Ratatatata that’s the sound of the gat
They be flying through the air like vampire bat
Straight from the back when they attack
In the middle o’ night when you up in the trap
You keep on bucking, they bucking you back
In the middle of bucking somebody get flat

[Pre-Hook]
I’ma do this one for my homies gone

We all are from the danger zone
The devil pulled the card and he said choose one

[Outro]
When he bought me that guitar I felt like Prince the artist
Turn up my guitar
When my cousin got his first tat
Acoustic trappin’ in the basement
All I wanted was to be a rock star
