Blac Chyna ‘Unbothered’ Over Courtroom ‘L’ Against The Kardashian-Jenners, Shares GoFundMe Link Tokyo Toni Set Up For $400K Appeal

Photogs ran into Blac Chyna one day after she lost her $140 million defamation lawsuit against the Kardashian-Jenners and sis was all smiles, seemingly unbothered. Meanwhile, Chyna’s mother, Tokyo Toni, has launched a GoFundMe to help Chy pay for an appeal. Lordt. Get it all inside…

As celebs were climbing red stairs into the Met Gala, it was announced the verdict in the Blac Chyna vs. Kardashian-Jenners trial had came in.

Just before the Kardashians made their way down the red carpet, a jury reached a verdict in Chyna’s $140 million defamation case against the famous family — and they won. Kris Jenner spoke on the decision during a red carpet interview.

Unfortunately for Chyna, she will not get a dime as the Kardashian Klan came out victorious with no damages awarded to the Lashed Boutique owner.

On Tuesday, photogs ran into Chyna – Rob Kardashian’s ex-fiancé and the mother to his 5-year-old daughter, Dream – while she was pumping gas following the verdict.

Interestingly, losing a huge case such as the one she just went through, knowing legal fees are going to be high as the heavens, Chyna didn’t seem worried or upset about what transpired. Dressed in colorful leggings and a white skull hat after a workout, she smiled at the camera and told the videographers that she’s totally focused on herself right now, building her brand, working on new music and being a good mother to her children, Dream and King Cairo, whom she shares with rapper Tyga.

In a new IG post, Chyna reminded her fans to tune in to a new show she’s starring in.

Chyna is gearing up to star in BET’s adaptation of “The Black Hamptons,” the book from The New York Times best-selling author Carl Weber.

“From luxury communities to historic beachfront enclaves, this epic story will follow the brewing feud between the ‘Brittons’ and the ‘Johnsons,’ where the difference between old and new money is very apparent,” the official description reads.

“The Black Hamptons” cast includes Lamman Rucker, Vanessa Bell Calloway, Elise Neal, Brian White, Karon Riley, Mike Merrill, Aaron Spears, Daya Vaidya, Cameo Sherrell, Franklin Ojeda Smith, Jordan Smith, Jennifer Freeman and David Andrews.

While Chyna is focusing on herself, her mother, Tokyo Toni, is focused on helping her daughter continue to fight against the Kardashian-Jenners. Supposedly.

Tokyo Toni created a GoFundMe to raise $400,000, which we assume is for her daughter so she can appeal the judge’s decision that ruled in favor of the Kardashian Klan in Chyna’s lawsuit. She titled it “Cheering for Chyna” and explained, well, nothing. The description says:

Hey It’s Tokyo Toni

Family and friends

Sincerely,

Momma Tokyo

That’s it chile…

Chyna also shared the link on her IG Stories:

As of the time of this post, 43 people have made donations, totaling $780 raised out of the $400,000 goal.

During the trial, Tokyo Toni was banned from the courtroom by the judge after she popped off about the trial on IG Live.

Blac Chyna (real name Angela Renee White) sued Kardashian-Jenners for more than $140 million with claims that they shut down the second season of her reality show, “Rob & Chyna,” and ruined her reality TV career. In the lawsuit (that was filed in 2017) against Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Khloe Kardashian and their mother, Kris Jenner, Chyna alleged they each had a hand in getting “Rob & Chyna” off the air after one season. Chyna also alleged Rob was physically and verbally abusive towards her.

For their defense, the Kardashians testified the show ended because Chyna & Rob’s relationship ended. A fight that broke out in December 2016 was highlighted in the testimonies of the Kardashians. Rob and his family accused Chyna of beating Rob with a metal rod, choking him with an iPhone cord, and putting an unloaded gun to his head during an explosive argument. He accused Chyna of being strung out on drugs and alcohol. He also said he never had "real love" for her despite proposing to her and getting her pregnant.

Chyna was seeking $109,635,021 in economic damages, plus an additional $36 million in general damages for emotional distress. She sued the family with accusations of defamation, assault, battery, domestic violence and interference with prospective economic relations.

Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, told reporters they plan to appeal the judge’s decision.

"Two things. Number one, the jury found that Chyna had not physically abused Rob Kardashian. Number two, the jury found that all four defendants intentionally interfered with [Chyna’s] contracts with the E! Network. We will appeal the remainder of the verdict."

A separate trial is reportedly set to begin in about a week to address allegations in the lawsuit against Rob Kardashian. He’s the only defendant in that case.

Jury Deliberations Begin: Blac Chyna’s Request To Redo Testimony Denied + Chyna’s Ex-Lawyer Says ‘Rob & Chyna’ Season 2 Was Never Official

Jury deliberations in the Blac Chyna vs. Kardashian-Jenners lawsuit have begun. Chyna’s ex-lawyer – one of her legal team’s own witnesses – delivered a damaging testimony about season 2 of “Rob & Chyna.”

Also, the judge denied Chyna’s request to redo her testimony after she was “triggered” during cross-examination. Details inside…

UPDATE:

Kim Kardashian is off the hook!

Judge Gregory Alarcon ruled that Kim Kardashian did not defame Blac Chyna and will not be held liable.

————————————-

The Blac Chyna vs. Kardashian-Jenners trial is coming to a close.

The trial, which started April 18th in Los Angeles, has started jury deliberations after several days of intense and explosive testimonies from Chyna and the Kardashian-Jenners.

Jurors will determine whether each of the Kardashian defendants either lied about Blac Chyna abusing Rob Kardsahian, or spread the word about it with reckless disregard for the truth.

Each defendant – Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner – should be assessed individually for their alleged part canceling Season 2 of “Rob & Chyna.” They will reportedly deliberate on whether each family member illegally interfered with Chyna’s "Rob & Chyna" contract with the E! network.

The judge reportedly told the 12 jurors that they should take into consideration that Chyna might have deliberately hid her finances when she didn’t provide any financial statements, tax returns or other documents pertaining to her income or expenses, despite being given almost six years to file those documents.

Before the jurors convened (April 28th), they heard damaging testimony from Chyna’s ex-lawyer, who was one of her legal team’s own witnesses!

Walter Mosley – Chyna’s former manager & attorney – testified that Season 2 of "Rob & Chyna" never officially received the greenlight during cross-examination by Michael G. Rhodes, the Kardashian-Jenners’ family lawyer. There was no Season 2 to have axed, according to Chyna’s former lawyer.

His testimony is damaging since Chyna’s entire $140 million lawsuit rests on allegations that Kris and her daughters were responsible for ending her reality show she starred in with her ex-fiance, Rob Kardashian.

Business Insider reports:

Mosley told jurors that after season one ended, he was increasingly sidelined as an executive producer but nevertheless was "focused on getting season two on its feet."

He added that he entered into negotiations with NBC Universal, E!’s parent company, about the future of the show, which turned into the network offering Chyna an amended contract.

Chyna had acknowledged under Rhodes’ questioning Thursday that a February 21, 2017, agreement with the E! Network contained her signature. The agreement, drawn up as Chyna and Rob Kardashian continued to lash out at each other in public — gave the network five additional months to decide whether the show would have a second season.

The agreement paid Chyna a $100,000 kill fee upon the series’ demise. The same agreement paid her a $370,000 flat fee for additional appearances on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

On the flip side, Lynne Ciani – Chyna’s current lawyer – argued Chyna never signed the amended E! contract. Walter Mosley testified he did not personally witness Chyna sign the amendment.

During her testimony last week, Chyna said the signature on the contract appeared to be hers, but she did not recall signing the document. She also confirmed she received the $100,000 kill fee.

Even after being on the stand for 11-hours, Chyna felt she needed more time to explain herself further, so she put in a request to redo her testimony.

According to reports, Chyna’s attorney argued the mother-of-two should be able to take the stand again due to being “triggered” by nude photos of herself that were shown during her initial cross-examination. She argued Chyna’s testimony was affected after seeing the intimate photos.

Well, Judge Gregory Alarcon wasn’t here for it and denied her request. He felt after being on the stand for a total of 11 hours, she had plenty of time to raise other issues and concerns.

The reality star also motioned the judge to subpoena financial earnings from the short-lived series in question. However, Chyna was denied the motion.

Blac Chyna (real name Angela Renee White) is suing the Kardashian-Jenners for more than $140 million with claims that they shut down the second season of her reality show, “Rob & Chyna,” and ruined her reality TV career. In the lawsuit (that was filed in 2017) against Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Khloe Kardashian and their mother, Kris Jenner, Chyna alleges they each had a hand in getting “Rob & Chyna” off the air after one season. Chyna also alleged Rob was physically and verbally abusive towards her.

In defense, Rob and his family testified that Chyna, the mother of his five-year-old daughter Dream Kardashian, was the abusive one. Rob accused Chyna of beating him with a metal rod, choking him with an iPhone cord, and putting an unloaded gun to his head during an explosive argument, sharing that Chyna was allegedly strung out on drugs and alcohol. He also said he never had "real love" for her despite proposing to her and getting her pregnant.

The famous family argues the show ended because Chyna and Rob broke up and the show was centered around their relationship. In court, Kris made claims that she "did not have any influence over the E! network" and didn’t "know what they were filming" for season 2.

Chyna is seeking $109,635,021 in economic damages, plus an additional $36 million in general damages for emotional distress. She sued the family with accusations of defamation, assault, battery, domestic violence and interference with prospective economic relations.

Rob Kardashian Says He Never Loved Blac Chyna, Claims She BEAT Him + Tokyo Toni Defends Her Daughter, ‘She’s Not Violent At All’

As the Blac Chyna vs. KardashianJenners trial continues, Rob Kardashian takes the stand and testifies he never love Chyna, the mother of his 5-year-old daughter, Dream Kardashian. Also, Chyna’s mom, Tokyo Toni, comes to her daughter’s defense, claiming Chyna isn’t violent at all! Get the latest inside…

Another day in court for Blac Chyna & the Kardashian-Jenners.

Yesterday, Rob Kardashian took the stand in a L.A. courtroom to testify in the ongoing trial between his ex-fiancee Blac Chyna and his family.

As you know, Chyna (real name Angela Renee White) is suing the famous family for more than $140 million with claims that they shut down the second season of her reality show, “Rob & Chyna,” and her ruined her reality TV career.

On the stand, Rob served up an emotional testimony about his “toxic” relationship with Chyna where he allegedly was held at gunpoint several times and beaten up multiple times by the former exotic dancer. He accused Chyna of disrespecting his family online and even make alleged death threats to his youngest sister, Kylie Jenner. When asked why he decided to stay in a relationship with someone who was doing all of these horrible things to him and his family, he explained he was at the “lowest point” in his life.

”I was probably at the worst place in my entire life, at my weakest, lowest point. She was the one person who brought me in at my lowest point,” he testified. “So I ignored her bad behavior towards my family. I was very vulnerable. I wasn’t thinking about that stuff. My mind was just in a completely different place."

Although Rob proposed to Chyna in April 2016 before they welcomed their daughter, Dream Kardashian, later that year, he claims he never had real love for her.

”It wasn’t real love," he said, explaining he only cared for her because they had a child together. "My child wasn’t born out of spite."

The 35-year-old Kardashian said things between himself and Chyna happened “very quickly” and by the time he realized what was happening, she was pregnant with their baby. If it were REAL, genuine love, Rob said he would have married her.

”It wasn’t a real type of love or we’d have been married. I didn’t want to be married to someone like that. It was a toxic relationship and nothing I’d want my daughter to see, or how I was raised or how my father raised me. It was a toxic relationship from day one," he continued.

Yet, he voluntarily stayed.

A highlight in the trial is an explosive fight that went down between Rob & Chyna in December 2016. The Kardashian-Jenners have accused Chyna of strangling Rob with an iPhone cord, beating him with a metal rod and pointing an unloaded gun at at his head.

During Chyna’s testimony, she said her actions were a “joke.” Rob told the court “this type” of alleged abuse happened often during their relationship. In fact, it was a regular occurrence.

Before the fight, Rob alleged Chyna was doing drugs and drinking alcohol.

"She landed several blows to my body, face, and back with a six-foot metal rod. I’m not gonna fight a woman or hit her back. I’m gonna take those blows," he said.

"You don’t put a gun to your fiancé’s head," he continued. "It got very scary when a gun was put to my head. I tried to make it work as long as I could for the sake of our daughter. She tried to kill me.”

Chyna’s mother, Tokyo Toni, begs to differ.

Tokyo told TMZ photogs her daughter is NOT violent and that she’s not the person the Kardashian-Jenners are painting her out to be.

”She is not violent. Chyna is soft! She’s not violent at all,” Tokyo told the photog.

Chyna’s mother went on to say that the Kardashian-Jenners are the violent ones, noting how violent the sisters were on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.” There have been instances where cameras caught Kim in a rage when she hit Khloe with her purse and also that physical fight that went down between Kim and Kourtney.

“They are the most violent people,” Tokyo said. “You can turn it on and see. We can watch their show and see that. All of them. Just look at the show. They disrespect their mom.” She said Chyna is good, staying positive and she’s #TeamChyna.”

Peep the clip above.

Proving to be the supportive mother, Tokyo Toni has been making her way to the L.A. courthouse to support her daughter during the trial. However, her social media antics got her kicked out of the courtroom last week. A judge banned Tokyo from attending court after the Kardashian-Jenner’s attorney Michael Rhodes told the court that Kris Jenner “was worried about her physical safety” after Tokyo Toni made “veiled physical threats” online.

Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani, was made aware of Tokyo’s online rant and she also agreed that she shouldn’t be present in court. TMZ caught up with Toni after she was kicked out of court last week and she had this to say:

Despite their rollercoaster relationship, Tokyo is on defense for her daughter.

After “Rob & Chyna” was axed for season 2 after getting the greenlight, Blac Chyna pulled the trigger on a lawsuit in 2017 against Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Khloe Kardashian and their mother, Kris Jenner, alleging they had a hand in getting the show off the air. Chyna also alleged Rob was physically and verbally abusive towards her. She feels the show was canceled, in part, due to Rob releasing nude photos of her on Instagram.

Do you think she has a chance of winning?

Kylie, Khloe, Kris & Cory Gamble Testify Blac Chyna Physically Assaulted Rob + Kim Denies Having ‘Rob & Chyna’ Canceled + Kardashian-Jenners Request Judge Dismiss $140M Lawsuit

The drama is now a reality in the courtroom! Threats to stab & kill are FLYING! Kylie Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble took the stand this week in the ongoing legal case brought against them by Blac Chyna, who is suing the family for more than $140 million over defamation and claims that they ruined her reality TV career.  Everything inside…

Blac Chyna’s $140 million lawsuit against Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner is well underway! However, the Kardashian-Jenners want the case dismissed immediately.

According to Variety, the Kardashian-Jenners have requested a judge dismiss the ongoing defamation case against them launched by the former fiancé of Rob Kardashian. Blac Chyna (real name Angela Renee White) is suing the famous family for more than $140 million, claiming they ruined her reality TV career.

In a motion filed this past week by the Kardashians’ lawyer, Michael G. Rhodes, the family is asking the court to dismiss Chyna’s claims.

“Before trial began, these claims were absurd because there was no documentary evidence, economic analysis, or expert testimony that would support them,” Rhodes states in the Aprill 22 court documents, obtained by Variety. “Any attempt to assign economic damages by the jury would be impermissibly speculative,” the attorney continues, adding that Chyna’s “unsupported and wildly speculative claims for damages must not be allowed to go to the jury.”

Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit against the Kardashians in 2017 and she’s seeking $109,635,021 in economic damages, plus an additional $36 million in general damages for emotional distress. She sued the family with accusations of defamation, assault, battery, domestic violence and interference with prospective economic relations.

In the suit, Chyna alleges her ex-fiancé/daughter’s father Rob Kardashian was abusive and that the Kardashian-Jenners were responsible for the cancellation of the former couple’s short-lived show, “Rob & Chyna.” She also filed a lawsuit against Rob Kardashian, which will go before a jury in a separate trial.

On the flip side, the Kardashian-Jenners responded with their own lawsuit, alleging Chyna was the one who attacked Rob and that was the reason the show was canceled. They argued “Rob & Chyna” couldn’t continue if they broke up.

Over the past week in court, a fight that turned physical between Rob & Chyna in late 2016 seems to be the key event that led to the show ending. It’s alleged Chy wrapped an iPhone cord around Rob’s neck and grabbed an unloaded gun during the infamous December 2016 fight.

Kris Jenner’s longtime boyfriend, Corey Gamble, took the stand recently to detail a violent fight between Rob & Chyna where he jumped in to break it up.

Corey said he arrived at Kylie Jenner’s house (where Rob & Chyna were staying at the time) in December 2016 to find Chyna with a two to three-foot rod in her hand. He said Rob’s neck was red, which seemingly indicated he had been hit. He then said Chyna grabbed an iPhone cord and “started whipping it” at Rob.

“She was hitting Rob, and I got in the middle and got hit too. I had to try to get her attention on me so [Rob] could get his belongings and get out of the house. I could smell the alcohol on her,” said Corey, adding that the house was a “mess” and that Christmas decorations had been thrown across the floor. He also alleged Chyna picked up a patio chair and threw it at Rob’s car before jumping “on the back of him.”

When Chyna took the stand, she was asked if standing behind Rob with a phone cord and wrapping it around his neck “was a joke,” Chyna said that it was. She was then asked if “grabbing a gun is funny,” in which Chyna responded, “It was a joke.”

Chyna only testified briefly. After she was shown the nude photos of herself Rob posted online, she was overcome with emotion and asked to leave the stand.

Kylie Jenner – who dated Chyna’s ex-Tyga – testified Blac Chyna tried to kill her brother and that he told her Chyna pulled a gun out on him. She recalled waking up to threatening text messages allegedly from Chyna.

“She sent me a bunch of devil emojis and said, ‘counting down the days’ to beat me,” she said.

As for why she didn’t call the police, she said she thought it was an “empty threat” and that she assumed Chyna was “high.”

Kylie noted Tyga told her Chyna – who shares son King Cairo, 9, with Tyga and daughter Dream, 5, with Rob – had issues with drugs and alcohol and that he showed her a six inch scar where Chyna allegedly used a knife and sliced him on his arm.

Text messages from Kris Jenner to the showrunner of “Rob & Chyna” show the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch texted them to “ditch this b*tch.” She claims the text didn’t have anything to do with the show ending and that she was merely expressing how she felt following the fight between Rob & Chyna.

After hearing about the fight, Kim Kardashian didn’t want to film with Chyna on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.” During her testimony, she said she wasn’t filming with Chyna after the fight.

”I will not go into a toxic work environment," she texted. "On my own show, I have the power to do that."

USA Today reports:

In response to viewing one text exchange, a long conversation with a producer from production company Bunim Murray, which produced both shows, Kardashian acknowledged "this definitely sounds like something I would say."

In it, she expressed anger that Chyna might still be filmed for "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," which Chyna occasionally appeared on along with her own show.

”I think we all need to take a break from filming at this point until we figure out what’s going on. She is not going to be on our show," the text read. "So if you guys are going to film with Rob and Chyna, and then you are going to lose the Kardashians and Jenners."

The text exchange includes several seemingly damning demands surrounding Chyna being filmed for "her" show, but Kardashian insisted that was a quirk of technology.

"This is clearly voice dictated, as is everything I text that’s so long, and it’s sometimes rendering ‘our’ as ‘her," Kardashian testified. "I would never refer to her show as ‘her’ show, I would say ‘Rob’s show’ since it’s a spin-off of ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians.’"

Most of Kim’s testimony was spent with her saying "I don’t remember.”

Khloé Kardashian took the stand, sharing she felt Chyna’s dangerous behavior could "hurt" the Kardashian brand and that she wanted to protect Rob from “outrageous/chaotic/violent behavior.”

Isn’t this the same family that was threatening violence towards Jordyn Woods when that Tristan Thompson drama went down? Hmph.

Chyna’s request to force the E! network to reveal how much it earned in profits from “Rob & Chyna” has been thrown out by a judge.

Judge Gregory Alarcon denied her request to subpoena the network to open up its books on the spin-off series. Lynne Ciani – Chyna’s attorney – argued that details surrounding the profits E! gained from the series are vital to her claim for damages against the Kardashian-Jenner family. E! attorney Rochelle Wilcox filed an opposing motion, telling Judge Alarcon that such information is a “privileged trade secret” that should not be publicly disclosed.

Meanwhile, the sketches of Blac Chyna from the courtroom are trending on social media:

Blac Chyna Turns Her Attention To Lawsuit Against Kardashian-Jenners, Says They ‘Hurt’ Her Financially & Emotionally

Blac Chyna says she’s refocusing her energy on the lawsuit she filed against the Kardashian-Jenners for allegedly pulling strings behind-the-scenes to have her E! Reality show taken off the air. Chyna’s new statement about the lawsuit comes after she her kids’ fathers – Tyga & Rob Kardashian – had to blast her over "fake" deadbeat daddy/child support claims. Get it all inside…

After years of keeping a rather low profile, Blac Chyna is back in the headlines.

The Lashed Cosmetics owner hopped on social media to let everyone know she’s now focusing her energy on the civil lawsuit she filed against Kris Jenner and her daughters, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Khloe Kardashian, years ago. A judge rule that Rob Kardashian’s ex-fiancee was entitled to a grand jury trial in her defamation and intentional interference with contract case regarding the cancellation of her former E! show, “Rob & Chyna.”

The aspiring rapper (real name Angela Renee White) said the Kardashian-Jenners “hurt me financially and emotionally” and ‘hurt my beautiful KIDS” by allegedly having her and Rob’s reality show canceled.

“I plan to re-focus my attention on my trial against Kris Jenner and her daughters Kim, Khloe and Kylie which starts in 13 days,” Chyna wrote in a statement posted to Twitter. “When they got my #1 hit show killed back in January 2017, that not only hurt me financially and emotionally, that hurt my beautiful KIDS,” she continued.

”I’m taking them to court to stand up for my legal rights and to be an example to my kids that ‘what’s right is right, what’s wrong is wrong.’ And what they did was so wrong,” she said.

”I am so thankful that a jury will finally listen to what really happened behind closed doors  – the lies that were told and the damage that was done. At the end of the trial, I’m going to be able to proudly tell King and Dream that I did everything I could to right the wrong that was done to me.

”And that, in life, it is my hope that they will be able to stand up for themselves when it matters too. Peace and Love to you all. Angela.”

Over the years, Chyna has been adamant that the Kardashian-Jenners stopped her bag. Meanwhile, Rob’s attorney, Marty Singer, has argued that the reality show was axed because she and Rob broke up.

Now, a jury will decided what will happen next.

”Yesterday I had to give 3 of my cars … my reasons… morals, beliefs, being a single mother, no support I’m a MAMA,” she tweeted. ”Single no support child support,” she wrote in another tweet.

This tweets prompted both Tyga and Rob to respond, saying they basically pay for everything AND have the kids 5 days a week. And they asked why would they pay for child support if that’s the case.

”I pay 37K a year for my daughter’s school,” Rob wrote in TSR’s comment section in the post about Chyna’s child support claims. “I handle every single medical expense. I pay for all her extracurricular activities. I have my daughter from Tuesday-Saturday. Why would i pay child support lol.”

Then Tyga joined the chat, writing, “I pay 40k a year for my son school & he lives  w me mon- sat. Why would I pay child support lol.”

You’ll recall, Rob demanded child support for Dream back in 2018.

Needless to say, Chyna’s replies were in shambles. And they still are. She has been trending all weekend because users were reminding her to get ready for the kids to come over on Sunday:

The Astroworld aftermath continues. Dior has “indefinitely” postponed Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack collaboration collection out of respect for the victims that lost their lives at the rapper’s Astroworld Festival. More inside…

Travis Scott is feeling the after effects of the his deadly Astroworld Festival.

Earlier this year, Dior revealed Travis Scott’s capsule collection in collaboration with his Cactus Jack label. It was the first time the French luxury fashion house had teamed up with a musician for a full collection, so it was a MAJOR deal.

The collection was orginally slated to be released in Summer 2022. Now, it has been postponed “indefinitely.”

"Out of respect for everyone affected by the tragic events at Astroworld, Dior has decided to postpone indefinitely the launch of products from the Cactus Jack collaboration originally intended to be included in its summer 2022 collection," the company told WWD.

The rapper’s team noted the “Sicko Mode” rapper and Dior mutually decided to postpone the collection’s January launch.

The postponement just adds to his growing list of postponements and cancellations for the Houston rapper. He was pulled from performing at Coachella, Nike postponed the release of its sneaker collaboration with Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack label, W magazine tried to pull its newest cover that featured Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner on the cover, and Anheuser-Busch InBev revealed that it is discontinuing its Travis Scott-backed hard seltzer brand, Cacti.

Earlier this month, Travis broke his silence on the Astroworld Festival, which resulted in almost a dozen people losing their lives, including a 9-year-old boy.

A week of festivities for Travis Scott’s home city of Houston ended in tragedy as crowd surges in a sea of 50,000 attendees at NRG Stadium on November 5th took the lives of 10 fans. Once the headlining Houston rapper hit the stage during his Astroworld Festival, things went from bad to worse, which caused 10 people to lose their lives, all under 30, and many suffering from cardiac arrest.

The “Antidote” rapper was devastated by the news of his fans dying at the festival, so he offered to pay for their funerals. Several families of the 10 people who died from injuries have turned down the offer for the rapper to pay for their loved one’s funerals. According to Rolling Stone, the families of half of the victims have rejected the rapper’s offer.

The Houston native lawyered up with elite lawyers as hundreds of lawsuits have been trickling in since the tragedy.

Travis, Live Nation and festival organizers are facing more than 250 lawsuits, which represent more than 850 separate people who say they were injured or lost loved ones, and are seeking billions in total damages. One lawsuit alone is seeking over $750 million.

Megan Thee Stallion & Tory Lanez Tweet About Shooting Coverage After Judge Decides Tory Will Stand Trial

After a judge ruled that Tory Lanez will stand trial in the shooting of rapper Megan Thee Stallion, the Canadian native hopped on Twitter to dispute some of the reporting surrounding his last court appearance. An independent witness also shared details about what happened on the night of the shooting. Now, Meg has responded.

Get it all inside…

Tory Lanez will be standing trial in the shooting of rap artist Megan Thee Stallion, a judge recently ruled.

The 29-year-old Canadian born artist (real name Daystar Peterson) is set to appear in court for an arraignment on January 13, 2022. Superior Court Judge Keith H. Boron rejected a bid to dismiss the case “for insufficiency of the evidence.”

According to Rolling Stone, Los Angeles Police detective Ryan Stogner testified in a preliminary hearing that an “intoxicated” Tory allegedly shouted “Dance, b*tch!” before shooting the three-time Grammy Award winner – hitting her in the foot – following a dispute during a party at Kylie Jenner’s house last July.

In October 2020, Daystar was charged with a felony count of assault in the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion (real name Megan Pete). If he’s convicted, he faces a possible maximum sentence of 22 years and 8 months in prison. He has pleaded not guilty.

Variety reports:

He said Megan described Peterson as “half in, half out,” on the step board of the vehicle, when he allegedly fired, Stogner said.

“Megan immediately felt pain to her feet, observed blood, fell to the ground, and then crawled to an adjacent driveway of a residence…She described her injuries as bleeding profusely,” he testified.

“Megan stated the defendant apologized for doing it and offered her money and begged her to please not say anything and made a reference to the fact he was already on probation and he begged her not to say anything,” Stogner testified. Megan has made this claim in the past, and a September 2020 report in Complex, citing an unnamed source, made a similar claim about Lanez’s alleged comments at the incident.

When the “dance, b*tch!” headlines started circulating, Tory hopped on Twitter to allude the reports about the hearing were false. According to him at least.

”NAH… I need someone to REPORT what was REALLY said in court today, 45 minutes of my lawyer stating contradictory evidence that proves my innocence should never come back as one false story forced to the media,” he tweeted.

More deets about what allegedly went down that night have come out.

According to an independent witness, the person claims they saw Meg and her female friend, Kelsey, fighting right before Meg was shot in the feet.

TMZ reports:

During Tuesday’s preliminary hearing a detective testified this independent witness — who allegedly saw the shooting happen — claimed the gun’s muzzle flash went off closer to Kelsey than Tory.

Tory’s attorney, Shawn Holley, says that muzzle flash detail is "corroborated by the gunshot residue found on the other female’s hands." She also tells us, "It was further established that Megan gave several inconsistent accounts of what happened that night and that she omitted key information to the police."

Still, Holley adds, "We look forward to the opportunity to cross examine her at trial about the numerous inconsistencies in her story.”

Meg – who recently copped her undergraduate degree – responded to the independent witness and Tory’s reaction to the hearing’s coverage, tweeting:

”Don’t blogs/ journalists have to have accurate/ credible sources before going with a story ? Or is it just like a new I got paid to post this or I heard out from my home girl type policy these days.”

”Like I’ve been SHOT and the focus of some these headlines are dismissing that I was attacked with a WEPON WHILE I WAS UNARMED and trying to paint it as a cat fight between friends why do I have to relive this with everyone on the internet every day ? And watch y’all gaslight me”

And she’s right. Let the facts speak for themselves.

It’ll all come out in court next year.

Meanwhile….

Multiple Lawsuits Filed Against Travis Scott, Drake, Live Nation, NRG Stadium Over Attendees’ Safety At Fatal Astroworld Fest

The lawsuits are filing in, just as expected, after the mass casualty event at Travis Scott‘s Astroworld Festival Friday night. The details on attendees are seeking to hold liable and the millions they’re demanding, inside.

Once Travis hit the stage during Friday’s catastrophic music festival, and especially when he and special guest Drake went into "Sicko Mode," pure & tragic chaos had taken over much of the crowd that was over 50,000 strong.

With the harrowing first-hand accounts of people fighting for their lives under hordes of people pushing their way to the stage and people going into cardiac arrest and dying right in front of their friends’ eyes, it’s no surprise the lawsuits would come fast and furiously.

Last night, Texas personal injury attorney Thomas J. Henry filed a sweeping lawsuit against rapper Travis Scott as well as Aubrey Drake Graham, Live Nation and NRG Stadium in connection with a tragic event at the Astroworld music festival that left eight people dead and dozens of others hospitalized.

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of one of the victims whose legal reps are now actively investigating what they call "the failings at Astroworld".

Henry’s law office says:

"Reports indicate a crowd surged the stage of the Travis Scott concert when rapper Drake made an unannounced appearance on stage. The surge soon resulted in chaos as concert-goers were pushed into one another and the crowd pressed its way forward. Travis Scott and Drake continued to perform even as emergency vehicles arrived and responders attempted to rescue those in distress.

By the time Live Nation finally decided to end the performance, 23 people required hospitalization, 11 were in cardiac arrest, and more than 300 had to be treated at a "field hospital" on site. So far, eight people have died of their injuries."

"Live musical performances are meant to inspire catharsis, not tragedy," said Texas attorney Thomas J. Henry. "Many of these concert-goers were looking forward to this event for months, and they deserved a safe environment in which to have fun and enjoy the evening. Instead, their night was one of fear, injury, and death."

Henry said he also believes a message needs to be sent to performers, venues, and event organizers that a lackadaisical approach to event preparation and attendees safety is no longer acceptable:

"There is no excuse for the events that unfolded at NRG stadium on Friday night.  There is every indication that the performers, organizers, and venue were not only aware of the hectic crowd but also that injuries and potential deaths may have occurred. Still, they decided to put profits over their attendees and allowed the deadly show to go on."

And that’s not the only suit being filed.

TMZ says Travis, Drake and Live Nation are named in a suit brought by concert goer, Kristian Paredes, and she’s claiming negligence.

She says that Travis’ concert history should’ve been at the forefront of everyone’s mind who helped plan and execute Astroworld this year. In their doc, obtained by TMZ, they claim Travis and Drake helped incite the crowd that night, suggesting they either were aware or should’ve been aware of the reaction the crowd would have and did have once they both took the stage … which they claim ended up causing a massive surge they say injured them.

The plaintiff also claims the folks who organized the event’s security and logistics — including Travis himself, who Paredes says was in charge of the whole thing — did a poor job of planning and keeping everyone safe.

She’s seeking millions in damages.

While it’s unclear exactly which damages were done to him per se, another concert goer, Manuel Souza, filed suit in Harris County Court on Saturday:

In his docs, obtained by Billboard, Souza says the tragedy was "predictable and preventable" — due, in part, to what he characterizes as warning signs earlier in the day that he says should’ve been red flags to festival organizers … but were allegedly ignored.

Souza describes how people first stampeded their way into NRG Park when things were first opening up … with folks allegedly climbing over security gates and trampling over one another. Despite this, Souza claims nothing was done to further address or curtail things.

He goes on to allege that concert organizers made a conscious effort to let the show go on, despite clear evidence all around them that people were in serious distress … and suffering "serious obvious injury." Souza believes they purposely chose this route, claiming they were well aware of the rising risk that was escalating by the minute during the night.

Fans have been pointing out how Travis seemingly broke many of his own rules posted on the Festivals’ website:

Travis Scott & team also quickly took down the 30-second hype trailer. He also broke his own rule as listed on Astroworld website: no crowdsurfing, moshing or stage diving. pic.twitter.com/qiQE4Xkobm

Survivors of the fatal concert – with an over 50,000-person crowd –  have been giving their terrifying first-hand accounts of fighting for their lives, screaming for help and watching lifeless bodies be passed around, all while the music raged on.

Travis’ babies’ mother Kylie Jenner made a statement – unnecessarily – claiming neither she nor him knew the gravity of the situation. But people called her out for posting video of the ambulances in the crowd (which she has now deleted):

As for the city’s part in this, it’s interesting.

Aside from the reported horrible safety plans that they signed off on, the city can (and often does) shut down concerts for any reason DURING the concert. Whether it’s over curfew or for safety. And it’s in their best legal interest to do so.

According to the NY Times, concert organizers and Houston officials knew that the crowd at Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival could be difficult to control. The city’s police chief said he visited the rapper in his trailer before the show to share his concerns. He says Travis is the one person who could have called this off.  He then went on to talk about the positive things he knew Travis had been doing for the city….

City officials commented at a presser that the concert ended early, but TMZ says headliner Travis’ set "got underway at 9 PM sharp … and went on for about an hour and 15 minutes, drastically different from Houston PD’s timeline of just 40 minutes."

It’s unclear if that was Travis’ full set or if it did, indeed, end early as two different stories are being told: One says promoters agreed to end the set early, but Travis continued to the end anyway, and another says it ended early.

One concert goer gave a gruesome recount of what happened, and stated the concert indeed continued even after there was one confirmed death.

Decided to share MY #astroworld experience. I’m distraught & my heart is aching, but more than anything I’m angry. This could’ve been prevented, but it wasn’t. I’m sharing this, bc people need to be held accountable. #astroworldfestival #astroworldfest #astrofest #travisscott pic.twitter.com/ktDBE1evLz

According to the Houston Chronicle, police and firefighters declared a “mass casualty” event at 9:38 p.m., 32 minutes after Scott’s set began, when crowd surges reportedly started. The paper claims that promoters agreed to find a way to cut the concert short soon after the 9:38 “casualty” report, but that the show continued until Scott ran through his planned setlist and finished as scheduled at 10:15 p.m.

TMZ reports:

The Chief, Troy Finner, said his team had been told by event organizers that Travis took the stage at 9:30 PM and wrapped at 10:10 PM, but people are disputing that … claiming it went on for much longer, and that the danger was also present for much longer than just that window.

He also said, perhaps the reason things weren’t wrapped earlier was because of fear of a riot breaking out among a young crowd … which is interesting logic. Now, Finner did say they would look into the timing even further to pin down a more accurate sequence of events — but based on this account we’ve been given, this madness lasted for quite a while.

Of course, neither one person nor one entity is to blame 100% for the tragic occurences, but that also does not absolve folks from having any liability at all. From producers to management teams to security to health officials to those who sign off on emergency plans to precedence set prior by a performer, it’s all fair game for the discussion.  What people/entities knew or didn’t know (not just about the deaths themselves) beforehand and during the concert can certainly come into play in these legal cases.

Travis – who has not posted anything addressing the tragedy on his Instagram timeline, but only posted temporary InstaStories with a statement and a video – has not yet commented on the lawsuits. Pics and videos are still up on Astroworld Fest’s IG, but comments are turned off.

Travis has, though, revealed through his reps that he will be fully refunding all Astroworld Festival attendees who bought tickets, will be paying for the funerals of victims, and that he has pulled out of his Day N Vegas performance this upcoming Saturday.  Sources tell Variety that Travis is “too distraught to play”.

Tragedy At Travis Scott’s Astroworld Fest: Here’s Everything We Know

Eight deaths and hundreds of injuries is sadly how the series of unfortunate events ended late Friday night at rapper Travis Scott‘s annual Astroworld Festival. We have the latest in the first hand, extremely disturbing accounts of the utter chaos and stampedes happening in the crowd, statements from Travis and performers, and who will be held accountable .

A week of festivities for Travis Scott’s home city of Houston ended in tragedy over the weekend.  The chaos his shows are known for became fatal with eight of his fans losing their lives, all under 30, and many suffering from cardiac arrest.

There were deathly crowd surges in the sea of 50,000 attendees at NRG, suspicion of drug spiking, and an all-out fight for survival were seemingly taking place before the "Antidote" rapper even got on stage, and things QUICKLY went from bad to worse as soon as he did.  Fans equated the Festival to a horror movie they simply were just trying to survive.

Houston Mayor Sylvester has confirmed the victims were 14, 16, two were 21, two were 23 and one was 27 years old.  One of the victims’ ages is unknown.  Travis’ fans are young – with even a 10-year-old suffering hospitalization.  Over 300 people reportedly visited the first aid/medical stations on site throughout the day.

At least 25 people were transported to the hospital and of those, 13 remained hospitalized Saturday afternoon, the mayor said. Five of them are under 18 years old, he added.

The second day of the sold out festival was cancelled.

Police also confirmed that one of their officers had to be revived with Narcan after being "pricked" in the neck while they were in the crowd.  It has not been confirmed what was inserted in his body or by whom.  Police suspect there was possibly a concert-goer injecting random fans with drugs during the night.

According to virtually every witness account who attended the festival, crowd surges were crushing people’s lungs, people were unable to get air, wild stampedes at the door of people breaking down walls to get in before the concert began with people getting trampled and police horses being used (video below).  Three people were trampled and hospitalized at this same festival after the same type of stampede upon entry in 2019.

Travis is WELL known for encouraging his fans to "rage hard", even encouraging (on his social media accounts) the "wild ones" to sneak in after tickets sold out in a minute.

This time, things went entirely too far and several opportunities were missed to stop the concert completely before things got fatal.

Video from the concert shows the one of maybe two times Travis paused for a few seconds to acknowledge fans who had "passed out" and needed medical attention. But he continued on with the show as apparently what he saw – even not knowing they were dead – was not enough to stop completely. At least one of those fans whose lifeless body was being carried to the front had CPR performed on them in the middle of the crowd. We will not share video of the person themselves.

Swipe below for video of the scene, including the chaos of fans not allowing the ambulance to come through and dancing on top of it:

The accounts of what happened are disturbing, but very telling.  Video surfaced of a medical professional explaining that at least 4 people she was trying to revive have no pulse. Fans and other staff also revealed that there were barely any properly trained medical staff on hand and many simply left when things got overwhelming.

"He’s not having a pulse. There’s like four people back here with no pulse."

One fan, who is a rapper himself and goes by the username @diabloxantiago, gave disturbing details of what happened before Travis even walked on stage. There were crowd surges during Master P‘s performance earlier in the day – with a smaller crowd but several thousand – where he couldn’t breathe, so he took precautions for the main event, and ended up having to help save people’s lives.  He says he is forever changed seeing people die around him and not having any way to escape or get help.

One of the more chilling recounts come from Seanna, a Texas A&M student who went viral because of video of her climbing onto a cameraman’s platform.  She was yelling to him to stop the show – after she had narrowly escaped death herself – and was then threatened to get thrown off the 15 foot platform.  While the cameraman clearly wasn’t aware of the gravity of the situation and seemingly assumed she was a "crazed fan," she tried her hardest to tell him and another worker that "people are dying".  All to no avail:

Another fan recounted:

Once (Scott) started, all hell broke loose," concert-goer Alexis Guavin, 23, told CNN. "All of what is to be 50,000 people ran to the front, compressing everyone together with the little air available." Guavin added there were "mosh pits in every single direction."

"The crowd was squishing me so much that I felt like I couldn’t breathe," Emily Munguia, 22, told CNN. "I started screaming for help … I felt so scared, like I was going to die." "The amount of people I saw get hurt, passed out, bleeding, crying is crazy," Munguia said.

Incredibly sad.

Heartbreaking to talk to Danish Baig’s brothers today.
Baig was 27 years old and died at the Travis Scott concert in Houston Friday night.
His brother Basil was with him and said Danish died saving the life of his fiancée who was being trampled.https://t.co/Y236XoheLo

Selena Beltran says she quickly lost sight of her four friends as soon as Travis’ set began, and it went frighteningly downhill from there:

"I fell backwards and it felt like it was the end for me. To think that’s how I’ll die, I was so scared," Beltran told CNN. "I did not know what to do. It was all happening so fast, but so slow and I couldn’t react. I just screamed."

Despite seeing people who had clearly lost consciousness, Beltran said, people continued trampling those who were on the ground.

"I was shocked to see people act so inconsiderate and feral. It was insane to see so many just run others over like wild animals," she said. "People did not care, they still tried to squeeze through just to get to the front without thinking of the consequences and who it would affect."

After someone pulled her up, Beltran said, she tried to help four other people she found passed out by taking turns performing CPR on them with a nurse she met in the crowd.

"I was beginning to go into shock, although I was trying to keep my composure and not panic. It was terrifying. I felt like it was a nightmare," she said.

"I looked around and just saw people stare and others continuing to enjoy themselves as if these people meant nothing. It felt like there was little humanity in that crowd."

Other performers like SZA, Master P and Roddy Rich issued statements:

Kylie, Stormi and Kendall Jenner were escorted out, past lifeless bodies, when the show was ended early.

As for who is responsible, the investigation has gone full throttle according to authorities.  Tons of video footage from Apple  Music – who live streamed the event – and LiveNation – who produced the event – are being considered.  Since no person attends a concert with the assumption of death being possible – neither legally nor generally – the people held liable can range from the performers to production to managers to the city to the park and beyond.

Fox 29 reported what a crowd safety expert says about what SHOULD have occurred:

Steve Allen of Crowd Safety, a U.K.-based consultancy engaged in major events around the world, said it’s always important to monitor the crowd, but especially so now that events are ramping up in size following the the pandemic lockdown.

"Safety has no profit," Still said, "so it tends to be the last thing in the budget."

He recommends that events have trained crowd spotters with noise-cancelling headsets who are in direct communication with someone in close proximity to the performer who’s willing to temporarily stop the event if there’s a life-threatening situation. That could be a crowd surge, structural collapse, fire or something else.

Allen said he has personally stopped about 25 performances by the likes of Oasis, the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Eminem.

Our condolences and hearts go out to every victim of this horrific tragedy and their loved ones.

Rihanna Joins The Billionaires Club, Forbes Crowns Her As The World’s Wealthiest Female Musician & 2nd To Oprah As Richest Female Entertainer

Rihanna is reportedly worth a whooping $1.7 billion, ushering her into the Billionaires Club. Her earnings have pushed her to become the wealthiest female musician in the world and she’s also the 2nd richest female entertainer after Oprah. Celebrate inside…

Rihanna‘s hit track "Work" has a whole new meaning now that she has entered the conveted Billionaires Club.

According to Forbes, Rihanna is now worth $1.7 BILLION, making her the wealthiest female musician in the world and second only to Oprah Winfrey as the richest female entertainer. In 2019, she was crowned as the world’s richest female musician and she continues to hold the title.

Music didn’t make the 9-time Grammy Award winner – real name Robyn Rihanna Fenty – a billionaire. She has evolved from a singer, to a style icon, and now a makeup/fashion entrepreneur. The bulk of her fortune (an estimated $1.4 billion) comes from the value of her popular cosmetics brand, Fenty Beauty. And get this…

The rest of her earnings come from her stake in her lingerie company, Savage x Beauty, which is worth an estimated $270 million, earnings come from her music and starring in movies.

Forbes reports:

Fenty Beauty, which is a 50-50 joint venture with French luxury goods conglomerate LVMH (run by Bernard Arnault, the world’s second richest person), launched in 2017 with the goal of inclusivity. Its products come in a diverse range of colors—foundation is offered in 50 shades, including harder-to-find darker shades for women of color—and are modeled in its advertising by an equally diverse group of people.

Available online and at Sephora stores, which are also owned by LVMH, the products were an instant success. By 2018, its first full calendar year, the line was bringing in more than $550 million in annual revenues, according to LVMH, beating out other celebrity-founded brands like Kylie Jenner’s Kylie Cosmetics, Kim Kardashian West’s KKW Beauty and Jessica Alba’s Honest Company.

Fenty Beauty is worth a conservative $2.8 billion, Forbes estimates. And all signs point to the company continuing to grow. In its annual report for 2020, LVMH said Fenty Skin, which launched last year, was off to a “very promising start” and “generated unprecedented buzz,” and that Fenty Beauty "maintained its appeal as a premier make up brand."

As you can see, it’s only up for Rih from here!

As for Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty lingerie line (which Forbes confirmed she owns 30%), the company is growing just like Fenty Beauty.

In February her lingerie line Savage x Fenty raised $115 million in funding at a $1 billion valuation. The company, which launched in 2018 as a joint venture with TechStyle Fashion Group, counts blue-chip investors like Jay-Z’s Marcy Venture Partners and private equity firm L. Catterton (in which Bernard Arnault is an investor) as shareholders. Rihanna maintains a 30% ownership stake, Forbes estimates.

While RiRi’s beauty and lingerie companies survived the pandemic, her luxury brand FEИTY (a luxury collection in partnership with LVMH, the French luxury goods giant run by billionaire Bernard Arnault) shut down after it was launched in 2019. She became the first black woman at the helm of a LVMH Maison and the first woman to launch an original brand at the conglomerate.

Rihanna is clearly following her mentor Jay-Z’s blueprint and its paying off with a MAJOR bag! Congrats Rih!

What’s next? Fragrance!

Travis Scott & ‘Wifey’ Kylie Jenner Are Back On After United Family Front At NYC Gala

In case you were wondering, Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner are officially back together. Deets on his public display of affection while accepting an award last night when you go inside…

When they want that old thing BACK!

Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner are back together and they aren’t keeping lowkey any longer. Last night, the Houston rapper was honored at the 72nd annual Parsons Benefit where the rapper was honored alongside a handful of creatives. The event was held at the The Rooftop at Pier 17.

The 30-year-old ASTROWORLD rapper turned the night into a family affair as he brought his 3-year-old daughter Stormi Webster, and his now on-again girlfriend Kylie Jenner, 23,  along with him to celebrate his contributions to fashion, design, the arts, entrepreneurship and social justice.

Even before they hit the carpet, Kylie shared a coupled up flick of Travis behind her with his hands around her waist:

It was def little Stormi who stole the show in her dress and sneakers:

The sneakers Stormi are rocking are from an upcoming collaboration among her famous dad, Air Jordan and Japanese designer/artist Hiroshi Fujiwara’s Fragment Design.

As for her parents, Travis rocked a Bottega Veneta double-breasted suit and Kylie wore a vintage Jean Paul Gaultier dress from 1987.

Peep the family of three on the carpet together below:

"Travis and Kylie were being very sweet and cute together," a source told PEOPLE. "They were holding hands and seemed fully back on."

If anyone needed further proof they were back together, the receipts might just be in the speech Travis delivered.

"Stormi, I love you and wifey, I love you," he said in reference to Kyle during his acceptance speech.

Last month, there were reports Travis and Kylie were back together, but they aren’t exclusive. Kylie shot down rumors of them havign an "open relationship".  You’ll recall, they "took a break" in October 2019. Their recent family outing comes on the heels of them celebrating Memorial Day together with Stormi.

It’s unclear if they’re exclusive or not. At this point, if they’re happy and little Stormi is happy, then good for them.

WAP ON TOP: Cardi B Gifts Meg Thee Stallion A Custom Birkin To Celebrate ‘WAP’ Making Historic Debut On Billboard, Platinum Eligible!

Men were hating HARD on Cardi B & Megan Thee Stallion’s “WAP” track! Now, they’re sitting at the top of the Billboard charts. Ha! To celebrated, Cardi gifted Meg a custom Birkin. Deets on Cardi & Meg’s new historic hit inside…

Oh, “WAP” made you mad? Well, STAY MADT!

Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion just made Billboard music chart history with their new single “WAP.” And they also stirred up controversy on social media.

Listen, when the song was released it instantly sparked all types of controversy, mostly men and the women who internalize misogony, complaining how the song is a “bad example” for young women. Some fans argued the track was too exploitative and derogatory, while others felt the track represented female empowerment and sexual liberation. If there is no issue with male rappers and singers constantly pushing lyrics about what they want to do to women’s gentalia and how much cash they drop to get it, the rules should remain the same when a woman speaks on what she wants to do with her own sexuality and how much folks spend on it. A woman’s sexuality doesn’t only exist for men to manage and dictate what is "proper" about it, esecially when they’re saying far more explicit lyrics about their own (often lackluster) penises.

Hate it or love it – “WAP” is on TOP!

”WAP” debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100 on Monday, August 17th. Bardi was awaken to the good news:

Things are looking good for Meg following her incident with singer Tory Lanez. It’s alleged the singer shot Meg in BOTH of her feet. She confirmed she was shot in both feet and had to have surgery. However, she hasn’t confirmed who actually shot her. She got emotional while talking about it during an IG Live with her fans that you can check out HERE.

Did Kylie Jenner Have The Audacity To Caption Her IG Pic ‘Brown Skin Girl’, Or Was It Photoshopped?!

There’s speculation that Kylie Jenner hopped on Instagram and captioned a photo of herself “brown skin girl” and then quickly changed it to “brown eyed girl.” There are receipts floating around, but were they photoshopped? Check them out and decide for yourself inside…

[UPDATE]:

The Lip Kit honcho responds to the controversy and claims she never wrote "brown skin girl" in the caption.

She also addressed the drama on her IG Stories:

————————————————————–

In a world full of clout chasers, the Kardashian Klan holds the crown when it comes to someone doing anything to get attention.

Kylie Jenner has social media in a tizzy with her latest post. The “Keeping Up With Kardashians” star shared photos of herself posing it up in a printed bodysuit in what looks like her $40 million Hollywood Hills mansion.

It was a usual Kardashian-esque post until fans saw the caption. Now, there are screenshots floating around of Kylie’s IG post and the caption she supposedly wrote said “brown skin girl,” the title of Beyoncé’s ode to brown and dark-skinned women…NOT the Kardashians. The caption was quickly changed to “brown eyed girl.” Allegedly.

Y’all know this started a sh*tstorm on social media. Below are a few tweets in response to Kylie’s alleged original post:

IF she did originally caption her picture "brown skin girl", it just further proves what we’ve been saying about the Kardashians for YEARS. The audacity to write "brown skin girl", blackfishing, and STEALING from black culture are all connected. Several surgeries to get black features doesn’t make you a "brown skin girl." Straight trash.

Come to think about it…has Kylie spoken out any about arresting the men who killed "brown skin girl," Breonna Taylor? Sure, no celeb HAS to speak out about social injustices.  But the masses they peddle their ish to (i.e., us) don’t HAVE to stay silent when they don’t.

Savage x Fenty Responds To Ambassador Draya Making Jokes About Meg Allegedly Getting Shot By Tory Lanez + Draya Issues Several Apologizes After Meg CHECKS Her!

There’s drama brewing following reports of Megan Thee Stallion getting shot in the foot (allegedly) by Tory Lanez last week. Draya Michele made light of the situation during a recent interview and Meg let her HAVE IT.

Now, Rihanna‘s Savage x Fenty is reacting to Draya’s drama. Get it all inside…

It was all good between Draya MicheleMegan Thee Stallion – both Savage x Fenty brand ambassadors – around this time last year:

But, not anymore.

The rumor mill has been in overdrive following news that rapper Megan Thee Stallion was shot in the foot recently. It’s suspected singer Tory Lanez is the person who shot Meg in the foot.

The Houston Hottie hasn’t confirmed or denied if Tory is the shooter, so rumors about what actually went down have been swirling ever since. What we do know is Meg, Tory and Meg’s best friend Kelsey Nicole were in a vehicle together when police were notified of a disturbance near the Hollywood Hills after gunshots went off.

Here’s video of Meg, Tory and Kelsey getting pulled by police below:

The Canadian singer (real name Daystar Peterson) was arrested for a felony count of carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle. He posted bond and was released from the Hollywood jail hours later. He’s scheduled to appear in court on October 13th.

After the incident, Meg posted a message on Instagram where she cleared up some of the rumors. She made it clear that she was never arrested and that she was actually the victim of violence. The "Hot Girl Summer" rapper called the shooting a "blessing in disguise" and said it was a real eye opener on how she should go about protecting her energy.

I was never arrested. This whole experience was an eye opener and a blessing in disguise. I hate that it took this experience for me to learn how to protect my energy.

Before the shooting, Meg and Tory were hanging out in a pool with culture vulture Kylie Jenner and the Hotties were NOT feeling it. See the clips and get more deets from their pool link up HERE.

Someone getting shot is nothing to joke about, however, people have been cracking jokes about Meg’s serious situation. It could have been A LOT worse, but thankfully it wasn’t.

Rapper Cam’ron shared a super insensitive meme about the shooting:

The meme reads, "Tory Lanez saw that dick and started shootin… IDC what no one say."

In the caption, Cam wrote, "Ayoooo… Da net wins again."

Then, former "Basketball Wives" star Draya Michele made light of the situation during an interview, comparing the situation to Bobby Brown Whitney Houston’s toxic relationship.

— PhillyTheBoss.com (@PhillyTheBoss) July 22, 2020

"I predict that they had some sort of Bobby & Whitney love that drove them down this type of road," Draya said during a recent podcast interview. "I’m here for it. I like that. I want you to like me so much you shoot me in the foot, too."

Sighs. Peep the clip above.

50 Cent also posted a Meg/Tory meme that went too far:

Why is 50 like this . What y’all think about his joking?

A post shared by OnSite! (@its_onsite) on Jul 17, 2020 at 2:03pm PDT

Trash.

The REALER raptress got wind of folks making jokes about her being shot, so she responded:

"Black women are so unprotected & we hold so many things in to protect the feelings of others w/o considering our own," she tweeted. "It might be funny to y’all on the internet and just another messy topic for you to talk about but this is my real life and I’m real life hurt and traumatized."

No lies told.

The SUGA rapper also responded to Draya and the men who have been making light of her situation online:

"Dumb b*tch that sh*t ain’t f*cking funny who tf jokes about getting shot by a n*gga," she tweeted. "And f*ck all the h*e a** n*ggas making jokes about it too [middle finger emoji]. I’ll talk about sh*t when I get ready," she continued.

The Mint Swim owner then hopped on Twitter to apologize:

"I truly don’t glorify domestic violence… I was trying to say just love me deeply. But while trying to be funny, I offended many, including meg. And I’m sorry," Draya tweeted.

As you can imagine, Twitter has been dragging Draya for her life since her interview went viral. Several Twitter users pulled up reports that said Draya left her young son home alone while she went out and did whatever she was busy doing back in those days. Hmph.

On social media, fans started tweeting Rihanna‘s Savage x Fenty lingerie brand about why they would employ a brand ambassador who encourages and supports abusive/violent relationships. The company responded to one Twitter user, saying they have been made aware of the situation.

No word on the future of their working relationship.

Today, Draya popped up with another apology that was longer than her first:

We still don’t know what happened that night between Meg and Tory and how it resulted in the "Savage" rapper being shot in the foot. A podcaster – named Adam 22 – claims he has sources that knows what went down.

Adam 22 claims Meg and Tory are “dating” and that the Houston Hottie got upset with Tory because either Tory was showing Kylie too much attention, or that Kylie was showing Tory too attention. His sources claim Meg and Tory got into a HEATED argument where Meg was supposedly said some reckless things about Tory and was allegedly fighting him. Again, none of this is confirmed.

Check it at the 5:10-mark below:

Fans have been supportive of Meg since the shooting, but still want to know what exactly happened. They’ll just have to wait until she’s ready to talk about it. We’re glad she’s OK and hopefully she learned a valuable lesson from all of this.

A few days ago….

The lovebirds were spotted enjoying a date night at Nobu in Malibu. The pair dined inside for over an hour, sans face masks, at the newly reopened beachside restaurant. After their meal, the lovers hopped into a chauffeured ride home.

Meanwhile, Kylie Jenner has been posting vacay pics and videos with friends and family at Amangiri – where Winnie and Kylie posted from last week. They likely were all together since Winnie and Kylie’s sister Kim Kardashian West are friends.

Alrighty then…

Meek Mill Defends B. Simone Amid Plagiarism Controversy – ‘I’m Just Tired Of Seeing Blacks Canceling Blacks’

Meek Mill comes to B. Simone’s defense amid her being canceled for allegedly plagiarizing parts of her self-help book. Find out what he said inside…

“Wild ‘N Out” comedienne B. Simone was trending online over the weekend as folks tried to cancel her for plagiarism. The TV personality was called out by several other content creators for allegedly stealing portions of their work for her new book, “Baby Girl: Manifest the Life You Want.”

Now, rapper Meek Mill is coming to her defense to combat cancel culture.

"B Simone canceled because she finnesed a book and made her way from the bottom lol what major companies y’all cancel for ripping our culture off? finding ways to display hate towards our own when they start doing good is showing amongst us a lot!" Meek tweeted in defense of B. Simone.

The CHAMPIONSHIPS rapper said he was confused why the black community was attacking her for “finessing” her way to the top. He then began to point out how people from different races and big brands who steal from black culture, yet, the community still supports them.

”Ya local Chinese store never gave a free day of food won’t even let you ride if you a dollar short… Saudia prolly spent a million on our hood in charity… but I only see my hood going in on the black lady? I can’t rock wit that … stop letting these people play us!,” he tweeted.

"I see guys on here that shot whole neighborhoods up talking about b Simone canceled lol it’s really unbelievable," he continued.

The new dad-again told his fans he has been busy coming up with ways to give back to the community instead of looking for negative things to complain about.

Peep his tweets below:

In another tweet, Meek sad he doesn’t even know what she did, but explained why he spoke out.

“I never even checked what she really did I’m just tired of seeing black cenceling blacks… they got us ranked in last place already chill with that shit," he tweeted.

Former "Basketball Wives" star Laura Govan also came to B. Simone’s defense, comparing her situation with Kylie Jenner appropriating black culture:

“So here’s what I’m talking about!!! YALL CAN MAKE KYLIE A ALMOST BILLION AND BUY HER PRODUCTS AND SHE STOLE UR WHOLE BODY – Lips/butt everything (and I Like Kylie) BUT YA”” DRAG B-SIMONE FOR GIVING YALL SOME PAGES COPIED OUT OF A BOOK Just to make a few dollars… Com on World we gotta support better … #SlaveMentality @kyliejenner @thebsimone,” Laure wrote.

To be fair, Kylie was PROPERLY dragged too (we pride ourselves on doing so) for being the culture vulture she (well, her entire family) is. But her hoardes of barely teenaged white supporters don’t know or care about culture vulturing.

People have been sounding off about B. Simone’s "come up" and there are a lot of people who are upset at B. Simone for trying to finesse her own. Yes, people who aren’t black are always stealing pieces of our culture, white-washing it and reselling it to us as if its new. Some people seem to be more upset that a black woman would try and make a quick come up without actually putting in the work especially when there are people who have put in the work and can only wish to receive a platform such as hers. It’s important to note, a few accusers who claim B. Simone stole from them are black as well.

What are your thoughts?

CupcakKe – Cumshot Lyrics

[Intro]
For 10.99 you can hit it from behind
Video me giving you head that’s Facetime
(Ha, ha, ha)

[Hook]
Murder my pussy without the gunshot
Just shoot me up my ass crack with a cum shot
Sore out my body like pilates, boy don’t stop
Just cover all my gums up with a cum shot
Cum shot, cum shot
In my crotch, my crotch
(Cum shot, cum shot
In my crotch, my crotch)

[Verse 1]
Do anything that you say bae, you ain’t gotta wait bae
Place a lot of nut inside my mouth like a Payday
Sex never get old it will never expire
Pussy worked it so hard it might need to retire
Coochie fat as fuck it weigh like 50 pounds
I bent this thing over like I took a bow
Dick in my pum pum may get lost and drown
Niggas get in this pussy and lose in lost and found
Now you wanna act like you starstruck
Pussy woke you up like some Starbucks
I give you so much head even though you love ass
That yo pubic hair starting to make me a mustache
But that’s some other shit, this pussy smother dick
BET where the fuck my award for sucking dick?
I like the way you stroking it daddy keep focusing
You the first to come inside like this pussy the grand opening

[Hook]
Murder my pussy without the gunshot
Just shoot me up my ass crack with a cum shot
Sore out my body like pilates, boy don’t stop
Just cover all my gums up with a cum shot
Cum shot, cum shot
In my crotch, my crotch
(Cum shot, cum shot
In my crotch, my crotch)

[Verse 2]
I’m more happy than a happy meal those jaws work
Celebrity with a wet pussy call that Starburst
Can I measure it with a ruler , papi chulo?
Hit a split on that dick in the back of the Uber
Pussy bust open like I’m going in labor
The coochie to the booty it got different flavors
Anytime I wanna make my ass smack on yo cock
You better pop up out the blue like Jack in the Box
I’m frisky I might give that dick a hickey
If sucking dick was a drug I’m overdosing like Whitney
Drop it in my kitty let me feel it in my kidney
Yo pants full of dick so we calling em Dickies
I fuck niggas and get fucked without a ring
Pussy taste like pork chops and sour cream
Place you in a dream once I give you this sample
Then I model yo sperm just call me Naomi Campbell

[Hook]
Murder my pussy without the gunshot
Just shoot me up my ass crack with a cum shot
Sore out my body like pilates, boy don’t stop
Just cover all my gums up with a cum shot
Cum shot, cum shot
In my crotch, my crotch
(Cum shot, cum shot
In my crotch, my crotch)

[Verse 3]
Yo balls sagging , I’m gagging and its taking my oxygen
Suck it so good have you shocker than Chaka Khan
Whoa, whoa minute man that’s a no no
Buy me gifts than I turn into yo ho ho
What’s the rush? Can I douche or do you want a stank twat?
Pussy dripping on that dick like a raindrop
Wanted the big dick until you made me face it
Dick was so hard it broke my tooth I need braces
How can a nigga ever hate this pussy?
I walk into the barber like “shave this pussy”
I took off my shorts, long story short (oh yeah)
That nigga ate this pussy!
Fuck every hole on my body that’s including my ear
Keep my panties when you done as a souvenir
Freakiest girl in the world if you wanna get technical
Don’t test me unless its with your testicles
Taking trips , I’m skinny dippin and then let’s fuck in McDonalds
Caramel Frappe full of cum boy you know that’s the motto
I understand you get aroused when my cookies slip
I wear my Kylie Jenner lipstick on my pussy lips

[Outro]
On my pussy lips, on my pussy lips
I understand you get aroused when my cookies slip
I wear my Kylie Jenner lipstick on my pussy lips

[Verse 1 : Soulja Boy]
Me and Dex, fucking up a check
God damn all these broke ass niggas can’t stand a nigga neck
Fuck on your bitch, she givin’ me neck
I’m grippin’ on the Draco

Shot a pussy nigga all in his neck
Nigga I’m making it rain, you know that she wet
Smokin’ July, know I’m high in the space
Calling up my lawyer he beat me the case
150 bricks in the Goyard
Hopped in the whip with Givenchy sittin’ on my shoe lace
Fuck on the dope and I’m takin’ your bitch out the denim
Hit the private jet, me and Kylie Jenner
Draco extended clip and the sprinter
75 000 diamonds they winter

[Hook: Soulja Boy]

Don’t make me spray with the Draco
Shooters they pillow, they shoot when I say so
Call up lil’ Soulja, I ball like Diego
Draco (x23)

Zara Larsson feat. Lil Yachty – Ain’t My Fault (Remix)

[Intro: Zara Larsson]
Oh my, oh my, oh my
Oh my, oh my, oh my
Oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my

[Hook 1: Zara Larsson]
It ain’t my fault you keep turning me on
It ain’t my fault you got, got me so gone
It ain’t my fault I’m not leavin’ alone
It ain’t my fault you keep turning me on
[Verse 1: Zara Larsson]
I can’t talk right now, I’m looking and I like what I’m seeing
Got me feeling kinda shocked, girl, now
Could’ve stopped right now, even if I wanted
Gotta get it, get it, get it, while it’s hot right now
Oh my God, what is this
Want you all in my business
Baby, I insist
Please don’t blame me for what ever happens next

[Pre-Chorus: Zara Larsson]
No I-I-I-I, can’t be responsible
If I-I-I-I, get you in trouble now
See you’re-‘re-‘re-‘re, too irresistible
Yeah, that’s for sure
So if I put your hands where my eyes can’t see
That you’re the one who’s got a hold on me
No I-I-I-I, can’t be responsible, responsible

[Chorus: Zara Larsson]
It ain’t my fault (no, no, no, no…)
It ain’t my fault (no, no, no, no…)
It ain’t my fault

[Verse 2: Zara Larsson]
It ain’t my fault you came here looking like that
You just made me trip, fall, and land on your lap
Certain bad boy smooth, body hotter than a summer
I don’t mean to be rude, but I look so damn good on ya
Ain’t got time right now
Missed me with that “what’s your name, your sign” right now
It’s light outside, I just called an Uber and it’s right outside
Oh my God, what is this
Want you all in my business
Baby I insist
Please don’t blame me for what ever happens next

[Pre-Chorus: Zara Larsson]
No I-I-I-I, can’t be responsible
If I-I-I-I, get you in trouble now
See you’re-‘re-‘re-‘re, too irresistible
Yeah, that’s for sure
So if I put your hands where my eyes can’t see
That you’re the one who’s got a hold on me
No I-I-I-I, can’t be responsible, responsible

[Chorus Shortened: Zara Larsson]
It ain’t my fault

[Verse 3: Lil Yachty]
Where’s your thot?
Called my fiends like, “What you caught last night?”
If the ass right and you ask right you might spend the night
Sitting so informal with the Sailing Team and we just might stat a dinner fight
Need a white chick that’s Kylie Jenner right, need a black chick that cook my dinner right
But ayy, get your bead though, snitches, 5-0
I can’t kick it with no side hoe, I need that Lambo
Come through bustin’ like I’m Rambo with heavy ammo
And I’m lit just like a candle, stock up like sandals (Lil Boat!)

[Bridge: Zara Larsson]
Baby, one, two, three
Your body’s calling me
And I know wherever you’re at
Is exactly where I wanna be
But don’t blame me
It ain’t my fault… (no, no, no, no…)
It ain’t my fault (no, no, no, no…)
It ain’t my fault (no, no, no, no…)
It ain’t my fault (oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my)

[Pre-Chorus Shortened: Zara Larsson]
So if I put your hands where my eyes can’t see
That you’re the one who’s got a hold on me
No I-I-I-I, can’t be responsible, responsible

[Chorus: Zara Larsson]
It ain’t my fault (no, no, no, no…)
It ain’t my fault (no, no, no, no…)
It ain’t my fault

[Outro: Zara Larsson]
It ain’t my fault you got me so caught…
It ain’t my fault you got me so caught…
Oh, well that’s too bad it ain’t my fault!
