Life after the NBA is still all about the NBA for Dwyane Wade.

It’s been a successful year for D. Wade as he became a minority owner of the Utah Jazz. And not only is her part owner, he’s on the sidelines giving real-time coaching gems while sitting next to his wife, Gabrielle Union.

It appears D. Wade’s guidance is helping. Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell served up one of his best playoff performances in Game 1 as he and his team went up against the LA Clippers…and won. The final score was 112 – 109. So, it seems D. Wade’s presence at games is major key for the team.

After the game, Donovan Mitchell talked about being grateful to have D. Wade on the sidelines to help guide him:

"It’s great to have someone that I call my brother being part of this organization." – @spidadmitchell on @DwyaneWade

"It’s great to have someone that I call my brother sitting courtside, being part of this organization just trying to help me out and find ways to improve and not just for myself but finding ways with the team," Donovan said.

It was a historic night for Donovan as it marked his fourth 40-point playoff game, tying him with Jazz legend Karl Malone for the most in franchise history. Sweet.

D. Wade 2.0?

In a recent piece for GQ, the NBA Finals MVP shared how he’s excited about giving back to the younger generation of players, including his "little brother" Donovan Mitchell.

"That’s my little brother. I’ve definitely taken a big brother role in his life. To have that relationship with him and to know it’s going to continue, it feels good. It feels right. It’s so cool, man. I get to continue to impart my knowledge of the game to him. He’s already 24 years old and he’s got a lot more growth to do and he’s already a critical player in our league. So, I’m excited about giving back whatever I’ve learned to him so his career will be greater than mine ever was. And that’s the goal, you’ve got to make sure the generations to come are greater. Right? That’s how the game moves forward."

Gotta love it.

The future Hall of Famer also addressed crazed fans’ actions, which some say are rooted in racism:

GQ: You said yourself that there aren’t that many Black people in Salt Lake City. We’ve recently seen these racist fan reactions coming from places like Philly, New York, Boston and Salt Lake. Ja Morant called what happened to his family when the Grizzlies played the Jazz in the first round of the playoffs “inappropriate shit.” What do you make of the last three years of public dissension at NBA games, which dates back to an altercation between Russell Westbrook and a Utah fan in 2019?

D. Wade: Every arena has a small group of people who get a little bit unruly, who get a little bit too much into the game. It is in every arena. And I’ve played in every arena, so I know it’s in every arena. It’s unfortunate, man. Basketball is different without fans, and now that fans are back in the building, it feels like basketball again. And we’re having these situations in different arenas. It shows you that a lot of people are coming out of caged-up situations. Been in the house, been locked away. People gotta get the rules again. You gotta get back to how life should work. And a lot of people are crossing that line. And it’s unfortunate.

When I was a player, fans said stuff to me and I said stuff back to them. Let’s keep it like that. But it’s getting to a place where….throwing stuff on people? It’s getting unruly. You can talk back and forth, that’s a part of the game. Talk to people on the sidelines, talk to other teams. But when you start doing stuff like throwing things at guys, that’s when the disrespect really comes in. The NBA has to continue to do a good job, if they can, in making sure this is a secure place for the players and the fans as well.

A Nervous Zaya Wade Asked Michelle Obama Advice For Teens During One-On-One Q&A

Zaya Wade missed school for a chance of a lifetime! She got the chance to interview one of her idols, Forever First Lady Michelle Obama. Find out what advice Mrs. O gave Zaya and other teens inside…

Talk about a conversation of a lifetime!

Zaya Wade is only 13 years old, but she’s already using her platform to represent teens who relate to her way of life.

It’s not everyday you get to hope on a video conference with Forever First Lady Michelle Obama. Well, that happened for Zaya (transdaughter of retired NBA star Dwyane Wade). She was SO nervous during the virtual Q&A. It was cute watching her calm herself down as FLOTUS greeted her when they hopped on the conference call.

"I’m so nervous. I’m meeting an idol. I’m literally meeting an idol," said Zaya. "I’ve been preparing for this moment for so long."

Apparently, Zaya had to miss a class or two for the virtual Q&A, but we’re talking Michelle Obama here!

"I hear you’re slotting me in between school, so I feel very special," FLOTUS joked. "Ask your teacher for forgiveness from me because you’re doing me a favor."

And the teacher better do that favor. Ha.

After getting more comfortable, Zaya kicked off the Q&A asking FLOTUS for advice that she would give teens "who want to be themselves and thrive like you have and currently are."

"Well, like you have and currently are," the “Becoming” author said to Zaya. "I am just so proud of you, you know, being just an amazing role model and embracing your truth."

The most important gem Mrs. O dropped was to remind teens that they have to “be patient with yourself” when it comes to learning who you are.

"All young people are trying on different versions, different voices, they’re learning more about their intellect, they’re learning about what they love, what they’re good at, what they like. This is the period of exploration."

Agree. The 57-year-old lawyer then turned it over to Zaya, asking her what advice she would give teens to find themselves. Last year, the then 12-year-old came out as transgender and was met with backlash. Despite the controversy, D. Wade & his wife Gabrielle Union have been 1,000% supportive parents for Zaya.

"We all think that we thrive with people who are just like us, but I think getting a different perspective from someone else who isn’t like you really helps," Zaya said. "That definitely helped me in becoming me and defining my truth."

Come through interview skills.

Not only can Zaya handle an interview with a living icon, it appears she has acting talents as well. It doesn’t hurt that actress Gabrielle Union is her step-mother. Watch their Ten Things I Hate About You TikTok below:

Cam Newton Handles Disrespectful Teen Heckler Better Than Most Of Us, Teen Apologizes + Celebs Praise Cam For Keeping His Cool

The kid wanted attention and he got it! Cam Newton displayed more patience and self-restraint than most of us in a viral video where a teenager at a football camp heckled him. After going viral, the NFL QB reacted to the drama in the most respectful way. Meanwhile, the teen saw the error is his ways and has apologized.

Watch the viral clips of Cam’s youth football run-in, plus reactions from celebrities inside…

Imagine being a teenage football player and an NFL quarterback stops by your game and you choose violence. That’s what one teenager did when he got up close to NFL quarterback Cam Newton but he ended up learning a valuable lesson that went viral for the world to see.

Over the weekend, the New England Patriots quarterback hit up the NFA 7v7 East Regional held at Myrtle, Beach South Carolina to check out the young players do their thing on the field.

While on the field, a teenager began heckling the QB, who is nearing free agency. Apparently, the teen thought Cam was about to become “poor” because he’s nearing free agency – even though that’s not how it works. The child also called him an “a**.”

"I’m rich," Cam responded. “Where’s your daddy at? Where’s your dad? Let me talk to your dad. I’m not talking to a little boy. Where’s your dad? Where’s your pop?”

This child has a ton of audacity and disrespect! We wonder if he was trying to go viral since that seems to be a "goal" with kids these days.

After the clip made its rounds on social media, the NFL QB released a follow-up video of the aftermath where he addressed the teen heckler calmly to gain understanding as to why he was doing the most.

In the caption, Cam explained why he took the high road and added he does everything he can to help kids at events like these.

We know you all hate the font he uses, so here’s what he wrote in the caption:

"What you didn’t see,” he wrote in the caption of a video of himself talking to the young man.

”I see there are a lot of things festering out there that I see took place over the weekend. To the natural eye, you see me asking the young man, ‘Where is your dad at?’ But to me, talking to a child with everyone looking does me no good! So instead of speaking or going back and forth with a child, I wanted to have a man-to-man conversation with his father.

"With that being said, when I attend tournaments all across the country with my All-Star team, I have given my time, my energy, and my expertise to these kids coming into our program for over 11 years and that is not what people want to hear or even want to see. People want to see me arguing with another young man and to see me ‘get in my feelings.’ But the truth is this: I impact kids lives in a positive way. Make no mistake about it. I allow kids to realize there is an ‘out’ by using their football talents to get them to the next level and in most cases, out of the hood!

"So with that being said, have yourself an unbelievable rest of your day."

Watch the clip above.

Professional athletes, journalists and more reacted to the viral video, giving Cam props for handling the situation better than most. Many of them felt Cam should have had the boy removed from the event for being disrespectful. Peep reactions from Dwyane Wade, Dez Bryant, Jemele Hill and more below:

I love the way Cam handled this.

Great teachable moment. He had all that smoke until Cam came to him on some real shit. I’m glad Cam didn’t give up on this kid.

— Jemele Hill (@jemelehill) February 22, 2021

That’s sad!!! The internet does that to these kids… Should’ve been asking for advice from a GREAT

— Isaiah Thomas (@isaiahthomas) February 21, 2021

Probably should ask him how to be a MVP in the league you probably wanna play in first.. Smh

— Trae Young (@TheTraeYoung) February 21, 2021

I wish my children would disrespect any adult like that! I’m from the old school where this type of behavior is not tolerated! Real Talk.

— Kendrick Perkins (@KendrickPerkins) February 21, 2021

Cam shows nothing but class here. Total class. Total decency. Trying to help the kid who talked smack earlier. Cam handled this better than 99 percent of people would.

— mike freeman (@mikefreemanNFL) February 22, 2021

I feel like the younger generation doesn’t realize how much he changed the game- first high school game I played I had a pair of Cam Newton’s on my feet !!!

— Josh Uche (@_Uche35) February 21, 2021

The teen heckler has been identified as Perkiomen Valley HS’s Jseth Owens, who is a junior linebacker and wide receiver.

Last night, he hopped on Twitter to issue a public apology for his actions and hopes he can be forgiven.

@CameronNewton @barstoolsports @overtime @espn

— jseth owens (@jsethowens_5) February 22, 2021

"I did not intend for it to get as far as it did!" he explained. "As a football player, I let my competitive side get the best of me & it was a huge miscommunication. It was in the midst of the moment & I realize now how a lot of you took it as disrespect."

"I apologize & hope I can be forgiven,” he concluded.

– Heisman Winner
– National Championship Winner
– No. 1 overall pick
– Super Bowl appearance
– Panthers’ all-time leader in pass yards and pass/rush touchdowns

Cam Newton deserves his respect

— SportsCenter (@SportsCenter) February 21, 2021

These kids better learn how to put some RESPECK on people’s names. We’re glad Cam handled the situation with grace because – again – he did better than most.

By the way, Cam Newton is set to be a free agent in 2021 after a rocky year with the Patriots. Which team would you like to see pick him up?

Lil Boosie Brags (Again) About Having An Older Woman Perform Sexual Acts On His 12-Year-Old Son, Twitter Drags Him For It

Lil Boosie is getting dragged again for sharing how he involves his teenage son and nephews in sexual acts with grown women. More inside…

Lil Boosie is coming under fire for comments he made about allowing his 12 and 13-year-old son and nephews engage in sexual activity with GROWN women. Yes, he proudly admitted this and now he’s being dragged for it.

While on IG Live, Boosie revealed he’s raising his kids different. And he’s not lying about that. He said he has allowed his underage son and nephews to receive oral sex from a grown woman as he bragged about “training these boys right.”

“Ask any of my nephews, ask any of them, ask my son. Yeah, when they was 12, 13 they got head,” Boosie started off saying.

“Yeah, that’s how it’s supposed to be. Hell yeah I got my f*ckin’ son dick sucked. You f*ckin’ right. Yes, a grown woman, grown, super grown … checked his ass out. Checked all my nephews out, super grown. Is she grown? She checked me out. I know what the f*ck she did to them, she checked me out, that b*tch. I’m getting them prepared, man.”

He then said he’d rather they have that done to them instead of them watching gay cartoons.

“It’s better than watching cartoons. That’s why they have iPhone 11s. They can watch as much porn as they want. It’s better than them watching cartoons with two men kissing. Yeah, it’s like that. Yeah, we raise them different. That’s just how it is.”

Peep the clip below:

Looks Like Louisiana Department of Children & Family Services will be Knocking on Boosie Door After the Rapper went live Saying that he had a Very Grown Woman Perform oral on His 12 and 13 Year Old Son. (Sick He needs to be locked up) #pressplay #boosiebadazz #queen_music08

— Queen_music08 (@QMusic08) May 12, 2020

This isn’t the first time Boosie mentioned something like this. Back when he was criticizing Dwyane Wade for allowing his son to be referred to as his daughter – Zaya Wade – and allowing her to wear crop tops and nails, Boosie mentioned his young sons engaging in sexual activity.

Peep what he said about his son’s getting pleasured orally below:

Well, Twitter is letting him have it for his problematic parenting choices, and rightfully so:

People can’t handle Dwayne and Gabrielle allowing their child to live out loud but are completley fine with Boosie’s stupid ass getting grown women to molest his underaged kids?

— ΛDRIΛN (@AdrianXpression) May 12, 2020

Let’s make this clear. This is sexual assault of minor children. Ave he facilitated the sexual assault of his own child. This is NOT OK. I don’t condone this. Niggas like Boosie will never understand what unconditional love is. This nigga need to be in jail.

— Trnd$tar x Nat Turner is my inner spirit (@BlackHippy77) May 12, 2020

Now… would he hire a GROWN man to fuck his daughter??..I lost respect for boosie..vice versa that man wouldve been locked up

— King Suge (@KingSuge2) May 13, 2020

Imagine if you heard a celebrity say he paid for a grown man to molest or rape his 12 year old daughter. I think the reaction would be much different.

This is why men often feel they cannot speak up about sexual assault. Society has them thinking the shit Boosie did was “normal”

— Chels (@BEautifully_C) May 13, 2020

Boosie was misgendering a child and insinuating that a child being trans is child abuse. Meanwhile he was sexually abusing kids.

We honestly tried to warn yall about these stupid men with this logic. I hope those kids are taken and put in therapy. That man is fucking sick.

— Andé Karim (@_AndeKarim) May 12, 2020

Toxic male culture is having fathers like TI check his daughter’s hymen every year until HE thinks she’s grown enough to have sex, while Boosie orchestrated his sons to be raped by a grown woman like it’s some sort coming-of-age ritual.

— Tony Pajamas (@dinixluna) May 13, 2020

for the clowns defending boosie and saying you would do the same for your sons if youre 12 y/o daughter want her pussy ate you gotta arrange to let a grown man eat her out

— depresso espresso (@CRXCHHEAD) May 13, 2020

Boosie was just calling Dwayne Wade a bad father for being accepting of his daughter claiming that Zaya isn’t old enough to know what she wants. Yet he’s paying grown women to perform sex acts on his 12 year old sons! Y’all prefer pedophelia over homosexuality and it’s disgusting

— fatima (@thefatimacam) May 13, 2020

+If you doubt misogyny, male privilege, & rape culture exist, imagine the backlash (& child protective service calls) if a popular female rapper bragged about having a "super grown" man perform oral sex on her minor daughters & nieces. Yet, y’all let Boosie slide. #dontBSyourself

— Sunn m’Cheaux (@sunnmcheaux) May 12, 2020

Young gay child… think pieces, ignorance, and outrage. But y’all fav yellow eyed rapper gets his son some pussy by GROWN women… silence and “I’m doing the same thing to my son “

— bitch, wash your hands! pls. (@dntkrossme) May 13, 2020

Boosie facilitating the rape of his son/nephews isn’t the worst part of this situation which is just fucking sinister. The worst part is he felt comfortable enough to say the shit on Live multiple times because he knows that he will be protected by Black Men.

— #ReviveMilestone (@revivemilestone) May 13, 2020

It’s really something to see the same people who had a problem with D Wade’s fathering are now telling us don’t worry about what Boosie does with his sons. So why couldn’t y’all not worry about Zaya then?

— a gay man (@BasicBitching) May 13, 2020

If Boosie got on IG like “yeah I let grown men eat my daughters pussy” social media would look a lil diff today

— m (@ssudanii) May 13, 2020

The @LouisianaDCFS replied back to me, saying they sent the information about Boosie to the proper division. I truly hope that he is not allowed any children, because he if HIS claims are true, he’s a pedophile. This is it a rite of passage, it’s child abuse and sexual assault.

— Kirk Moore (@KirkWrites79) May 13, 2020

Any person thinking it’s OK for a grown person to perform sexual acts on a child is sick and needs to seek professional help. The person who was hired to perform the act should be in jail for rape of a child, because that’s exactly what they did, if what Boosie says is true.
