Things got heated on the last episode of "Black Ink Crew Chicago" between the ladies.

2nd City Ink owner Charmaine Bey received word that her employees were talking trash behind her back, so she called a team meeting to hash things out.

Draya and Kitty are unhappy with the way Charmaine has been running 2nd City Ink, accusing her of not providing the materials needed to properly run a tattoo shop (above). At that time, Charmaine was struggling with maintaining the shop and dealing with her father’s declining health.

During their team meeting, Charmaine announced she would be charing $1,500/month booth rent. Clearly, Draya wasn’t feeling that, so she called her out on it. The tattoo artist argued that she shouldn’t have to pay booth rent when Charmaine doesn’t even provide the basics to tattoo in the shop. Not only that, Draya said Charmaine begged her to come back, so she shouldn’t have to pay up.

After some back and forth, Draya decided she was done, so Charmaine gave her the boot. 2nd City Ink’s brand manager Kitty then jumps into the discussion and called Charmaine out for the way she handled Draya. Charmaine blasted Kitty for not living up to her brand manager duties before firing her as well.

When the episode aired, Round 2 of their agreement spilled out on Twitter. Kitty tweeted she genuinely wanted to help Charmaine and did so by purchasing things for the shop with her own money. Charmaine said AHT AHT!

Soon after, Draya joined the chat to air out her frustrations about her former boss:

Sheesh!

It seems there will be more drama when next week’s episode airs:

I can’t wait to see the large amount of phony kickin it in the next episode at the convention because the same person they were kee-keeing w/ and talking shit…they were talking big shit about. Again, receipts. #BlackInkCrewCHI #BlackInkChi #BlackInkCrew
