After a year of everyone being quaratined inside their homes, things are slowly starting to get back to the way they were pre-COVID. Being able to soak in live performances were something we didn’t know we needed until Jazmine Sullivan hit the stage.
Before serenading the audience with vocals, Congresswoman Maxine Waters came out to remind everyone she’s still reclaiming her time. Then, Jazmine went on to perform her new song "Tragic" for the first time. "Reclaiming my time" are lyrics in the song.
Ari Lennox joined Jazmine for a sultry performance of their collaboration track, "On It." And it gave what it was supposed to give.
